Going through the games, you can't help but notice gymleaders that really press your buttons. Either they are very difficult or just plain... annoying. Here you can list and discuss the hardest/ worst overall gymleader in the world of pokemon.

For me, Whitney in Gold and Silver was really hard! At the early point in the game, her rollout attack shattered my...unskilled pokemon. It took me a while to get past her.

Ugh,.... same here I hate her Miltank, it killed my Lv.24 Croconaw & Lv. 21 Togepi...in about 3 hits (total)

I also hate her miltank, it has an advantage over Quilava.

But I HATE Tate & Liza! god they are hard....

Hm, she was not difficult for me...it was actually pretty easy, i used Feraligatr to take care of Steelix, and her Magnemites...

Same here. Only I used my Typhlosion to annilate her steel pokemon. That was a fun battle for me!

Well i personally hate Norman from R/S/E. His slakings kept annhialating my pokemon, that was until i unleaseed my sableye on him and he couldn't hurt me, so i just killed him (go sableye!). I think the dumbest gym leader is Falkner from G/S/C because he has a lvl 9 pidgeotto! That is just wrong! *yells at Falkner for being a hacker (the bad kind)*

Yes, I don't believe it was a good move to have a flying gym first. Maybe if he had a Murkrow, or something beside pigey and it's evolution, it would have went better.

Yeah, I mean seriously, why would they have just a pidgey and a lvl 9 pidgeotto? a pidey and lvl 9 murkrow would've been better, like you said.
