Well I noticed when i got here that there was no topics under the "3rd Gen Hacking" thread, so decided to change that:
 
Here are some helpful tools on changing the Graphics in Ruby. Sapphire, Emerald, FireRed & LeafGreen >>>
 
1. APE (Known as Advanced Palette Editor)
Description: This tools his helpful if you are trying to change the palette  of your tiles in you R/S/E/FR/LG hack.
 
How To Use:
A. Click "File" and the select "Open ROM"
B. After the ROM is loaded you can either load palettes by searching or  typing in a offset.

2. Overworld Editor
Description: This tool enables you to to change any of the Overworlds in your R/S/E/FR/LG hack.
 
How To Use:
A. Click "File" then select, "Open ROM"
B. You can select the OW (OverWorld) by using the top scroller and changing it's movement postions by using the bottom scroller, bit are beneath the main Picture area.
C. You can also import your own Overworlds aswell
D. To actually edit the overworld, just click a color on the right side and the draw as you are using MS Paint.

Do you mean with posting the links? or with the links themselves not working? If you are talking about the posting of the links, the system just didn't want to process it at first, but it's alright now. As for the links being invalid, I don't know. It seems whoever posted them on freewebs has taken them down or either they have expired.

Yes, there are many videos on youtube on how to hack pokemon. I wish I knew that when I started hacking... Though, when I started there weren't as many hackers as there are now!

Haha, I just started hacking. :) I only started like 10 days ago, and I'm a pretty good mapper! Right now I only hack 3rd gen games, since I can't read Japanese :P.

I never even noticed that the site had ROMs on it, oh well, too bad, because that site had some pretty good hacking tools on it.

Yeah... Pity... But I beilieve that his ROMs don't seem to work... the Leafgreen ROM I got of it last month didn't work...
Anyway, I quickly edited the quote I made, as I thought by now Hiidoran would of edited it for me...

Lol, yeah, that's why I don't download ROMs from that site. That is where I downloaded some things like AdvanceMap and stuff from it. Oh well... :(
