Ai 3010
Symptoms:
- black short streaks on active side or background.
- gradually fading background on back side (inactive side) for first 3-5 copies.No background after more copies. The background is back after the copier wake-up from sleep/energy saver mode.
- NO positive result after U100 + U101 (Dev Bias adjusted).

Caused by:
- non genuine Mita/Kyocera toner + used developer.

Solution:
Remove the old toner. Detach the transfer assembly. Replace the developer. Run U130.
Replace the transfer assembly with a new one or at least gently vacuum the old one.
Add only genuine Kyocera/Mita toner. Forget about Katun !!

Note:
- check the Main Charger Corona Wire. If is oxidized replaced it. Clean the grid too, with some isopropyl alcohol.
