I think Kaori Yuki's dark and dismal yet enchanting works are what she is all about and it’s like a signature act of hers in a way where you can’t help but get swallowed up in that world of hers. I’m glad that I can never have enough of her mind's eye =D

I always thought the best part of Deathnote was L. He's such a squeeable (that's totally my word) character  Not to mention he's cunning and smart ^^

I loved L since he reminded me a lot of Sherlock Holmes XD

Of course! The super-smart-detective-with-quirks type!

By the way do you like or have you ever heard of Hercule Poirot?

QUOTE
L is AMAZING.
He's funny, quirky, smart.
He's just a hero. :3

Exactly! :D I printed out a picture of L and put it on my wall in my room in a place of honor, of course ^^

Heard of him?! He's one of the quirkiest detectives of all time XD
I love Agatha Christie's stories but I preferred him more than Miss Marple. The was she portrays him is so endearing ^-^

The first Hercule Poirot film I saw was Death on the Nile, and the guy that played him was so concise of his depiction that it just made the movie better (<----I tend to say that since I'm not a big fan of books or games that are turned into high budgeted, low quality movies -_-;;)

:DDDDD Of course you like him, because I do too ^^

Do you mean the 'Death on the Nile' movie from the 70s or the one that was made in 2004? I've seen them both :D

There was a Britsh TV series for Poirot too, and they also made a bunch of made for TV movies too. I liked the actor from the that whole thing. His real name is David Suchet ^^

Exactly!!! David Suchet's name is always at the tip of my tongue =P
I saw both of the 'Death on the Nile ' movies too XD
But I preferred the newer version only because David Suchet was really good at portraying Poirot >.<
As for the TV movies I'm still watching them. Just yesterday I watched 'The
Mystery of the Blue Train'. I enjoyed that very much ^-^

It's the one when Poirot was travelling on the blue train and as his luck has it he got involved in the murder of a woman called Ruth who was running away with her lover from her husband. Another character called Katherine had exchanged her train compartment with Ruth. At first Poirot thought that the exchange is what lead Ruth to be killed instead of Katherine; then there was this hype of her ruby being stolen, and Ruth's crazy mother. All in all, it was a very good movie =D

Ohhh yeahhhh! Now I remember! That was a good one! That ruby was SO pretty 8) I loved the mystery in that one ^^ I also love how Poirot eats, I scream whenever he starts to eat in any of the movies because he's all sitting up straight, and with the napkin tucked into his collar and SQUEUEUEUEUEEEE!

Ha, and trains back then were so cramped in the halls between the rooms XDDD

Yeah he's so graceful and you could see his annoyance when he is rudely interrupted everytime he wants to eat or drink something XDD
Everytime I watch how he inadvertently gets sucked into a case I'm almost always reminded of Detective Conan.

Precisely! I don't know how I'd be able to handle that back in those time since I'm claustrophobic =/

^ Exactly! He's so graceful, just like you said. And his face when he gets interrupted or something is pricelss :D I can see him saying something like, "Pinkys out everyone!"

Same here! I mean, I'm not crazy-flip-out claustrophobic, but I really don't like and have a fear of cramped spaces. I don't like the feeling of it, I feel like there's no air, and the walls are like..right in my face and stuff >.<

I wouldn't mind getting stuck in an elevator or be in the middle of a huge crowd. But what I do mind is getting stuck in some vent or pipe or tight tunnel..aaahhh....just thinking about that makes me sweat like mad @o@

>.< Me too >.< I would be especially frightened of being stuck in a cramped tunnel where both the end openings are covered up, and the tunnel is so skinny you have to crawl, and you can hardly even turn around =o Ah!!!!

OMG!! Me too!! >.<

Just the other day I saw this movie about a group of soldiers that were trying to escape from a mass security prison and the only way they can escape is through this uber narrow tunnel pipe that reeked of faeces, rats, and roaches. They couldn't even crawl through it, they had to push their way out >.<

I honestly couldn't watch that part, I felt like suffocating. If I were them I'd absolutely stay in that prison for the rest of my life rather than go through that pipe XP

Unfortunately, it was a really good movie. But everytime I saw those guys I'm just reminded by that tunnel. I was not able to watch it at all.

Sometimes I'm just a chicken...T-T

Yeah, I really love chicken too ^o^
But after the bird flu incident I stopped eating it altogether. And if the mad-cow disease ever comes back...I might stop eating meat altogether too XD
Fish is not an edible option in my case, unless it is a Mcdonald's Fish Fillet (with extra mustard XDDD)

AHHH!!! >o< I can't remember the name of the movie but I'm sure it has the word Angel in it somewhere. Its either Angel of something or Archangel.... I'm not sure >.>;;

That's okay ^^ I'm sure I'll find it sometime.

But what's wrong with fish? O.o?? I love seafood, except my moms fish burgers she made when I was younger. I always got bones in mine.

Well I'm not a fish-lover. I just find them too icky...plus they smell whether you grill, fry or do whatever to them.... that smell just doesn't let you be >o<

Though I do like seafood too. You can give me a whole lobster and I'd munch on it like a caveman XD
Ooooh, and I do like these seasoned octupus tentacles I had the other day. Who would have thought they'd taste this good XP

I like Saiyuki, but not the most recent of it, it just hasn't caught my eye for it. But as for Bleach and Naruto... two of my friends killed the series for me and I don't really care much for either of them.

I stopped watching Naruto after the start of the Shippuden series yet I don't know why since the plot is really getting good. I might probably get back to it since there is more on Gaara this time around ^o^

I've heard of D.Gray-man but I have yet to look into it, that and Claymore too ;)
