We conceded the obligatory stupid goa. It does concern me. OK, at 4-0 we can live with it but at West Ham it cost us.
I realise we're not going to win every game but we're not going to score 4 every game either so that goal did annoy me as did a couple of the chances when we overdid it.

Overall though, very satisfying performance and result.
At times this season this lot look like Arsenal at their very best under Wenger, it's brilliant to watch. My only worry is there's not enough to moan about and GW could suffer as a result.

If we don't win the league this year (and I don't think we will) then it'll be because of mentality not ability, we're good enough this year I reckon.

So Gibbs is injured now. sad.gif

This is getting ridiculous. Even the guys who are replacing injured players are missing with injury. And there's plenty of time for people like Arshavin, Fabregas, Sagna and Gallas to pick up more injuries before the international break is over. sad.gif

I guess this means Silvestre will start against Sunderland. dry.gif

Gibbs only has a badly bruised foot so shouldn't be out for too long, although we do have 13 players out but at least 2 of them are Bendtner and Diaby

We buy delicate players. I see we're after some Bayern defender to replace Gallas who may leave next season

Sunderland 1-0 Arsenal

sad.gif

Had a feeling this might be tricky. Gazillions of injuries as usual and two of our front three were really midfielders. Sunderland are a decent side too. Especially at home. Still thought we'd get a point though.

It hasn't been a good week for watching football. sad.gif

Just seen the highlights.
Balls.

Once again we fail to deal with a set piece against us.
We HAVE to sort that out.

We made a few chances but didn't do enough. I thought we'd get a point.

Meh.

Are they off to one of those parties where people dress up as wild animals and have sex with each other?

We could have had nine.

Did Gibbs injure himself having a shot at goal?
