Mutants are running a muck! Not really. See, you wouldn't know if the sweet old lady at the slot machines across from you had the ability to read your mind or not. I'm sure if she did - she'd be telling you to mind your own dang beeswax!
So what is this exactly about mutants, hm? Well they're not so much as mutants as they are humans with super powers. See back when a nuclear bomb had been dropped over Las Vegas in 2009, it changed many people's lives to date. And no one knows what else to look forward to. Except the government. But they know everything, don't they? But that won't stop those who have been given a gift to find their true potential out in the real world.
