In March, 13-member boy band Super Junior and the MTV music channel, began a major campaign against human trafficking in Vietnam. Their work and coverage of the campaign will be aired on MTV. The campaign's focus was to raise awareness about the issues of exploitation and trafficking.
The K-pop group threw a concert in Vietnam and visited care shelters, peace houses and various human rights centers. Back in 2007, singer/actor Rain participated in the campaign and narrated a documentary about human trafficking. Please visit www.mtvexit.org for more information and details on the campaign.
