Eew. I don't want The people behind Final Fantasy to get their hands on Star Wars. Every time I consider it my brain throws back images of Luke reimagined as an insufferable whiner who cries himself to sleep each night because no one loves him as much as he does, Leia's screentime halved to make room for a new female lead, one who's much more helpless and ready to obey a man, and I've honestly got no idea what they'd do to Han, but you know it'd be terrible. -------------------- |

I'm sure I'm gonna get a lot of hate for this, but I honestly thought the prequels were alright. As for this, I'm not forming an opinion until we actually get to see at least a trailer.

But star wars is a basically samurai movie in outer space, I mean the word jedi comes form jidaigkei(I hope I slept that right) which basically means period drama. -------------------- Curently banned for life for blockbuster and hollywood video

My friend has a sister who watches Disney channel stuff. He just called me and told me that in the last episode of one of the sitcoms, George Lucas played a somewhat large role, there were cameos by C-3PO, R2-D2, and a stormtrooper, as well as mentions of Chewbacca, Admiral Ackbar, and Boba Fett, and a scene in which somebody dresses up as Princess Leia, and finally a completely unecessary and shoehorned in line which goes something like, "I need you like Luke needed Vader to become a jedi!".
I didn't believe my friend until he had his sister come to the phone to confirm that the episode really happened. --------------------
