I think a Nuckelavee would be cool. Maybe with a purple and green color scheme and dripping flesh.

Well, tomorrow I'll have nonsporadic computer usage and I'll sketch up some early sprites then!
EDIT: It won't be a Nuckelavee, because my cousin came up with a much better Nuckelavee fakemon. Drawing from the fact that it was one of the Fair Folk, which pop culture corrupted into fairies, have the first stage be a cute little Psychic/Flying traditional pixie. It evolves with happiness into a second form where its legs turn into a cute pony! Then, if you use a Dusk Stone, it horribly mutates into a Psychic/Poison Nuckelavee. I should probably only have one fakemon based on a fairly obscure demon like the Nuckelavee, and the fairy idea's definitely the one. --------------------

I sorta want to complain about how it has base stats over 200 points higher than that of Arceus.

Yeah, the first version had 255 speed, which was far higher than Dexoys-S's 180 and XXXTREME speed didn't really make sense on a poisonous centaur anyway.

One idea I had that is probably too elaborate is something that combines land, air and sea pollution. Not sure how it'd look, though.

For air pollution we would need some smog (or smog-like tendrils). For sea pollution we would need sludge or oil or some other grimy liquid leaking from the beast. Land pollution would, I think, be trickier to represent, but it might work best as an ability. Something along the lines of everything it touches withering and dying as it walks/crawls/slithers past (akin to the water cleansing effect of Suicune on water). All in all, I don't think it would be too hard to put all the pollution types into one design. As for type, how about Poison/Ground or Poison/Dark? --------------------

I just remembered that there are no fly pokemon so this could be the one, for the type I would go with some new combination, if you could make a crust of dried grime cover it you could evenmake it Rock/poison
