So OMFG! is a line of mini figures produced through October Toys, each wave designed by various artists.
I submitted a number of my drawings, including some Mortasheen RPG characters, and one in particular was so well liked that October Toys' founder made a figure sculpt himself:  Note that this is smaller than a "Monster in my Pocket" or "M.U.S.C.L.E." figure. That's some damn fine detail! Dr. Deekay is up against hundreds of other characters by almost as many artists, but even if he doesn't make it into the next OMFG wave, maybe I should try to kickstart a Mortasheen figure line anyway? -------------------- The reviews are IN!

So they opened up the voting thread, in which members are to post exactly which five characters they want for the next series. This is the process that determined both other waves and I'm seeing my guy in nearly half of the posts. The chances of this being a thing are really really high right now.

Voting does go on until the end of the month, so anything could change, but I'm in like second place so far.
I'm pleased that my own personal favorite design, a tentacled trash can monster, is in fifth place, though that's dangerously close to NOT making it in. I hope it does. At least it has a good chance for the next series, if not. The other most popular thing I submitted is the female gill-man example from Mortasheen, and a drawing I made of a hamburger monster named Harmburger. -------------------- The reviews are IN!

there should DEFINITELY be a Mortasheen toy line. i would buy the shit out of them. i would just go all out and just collect them all, from Artilleraid to Vermoeba. well except for the Devil Birds anyway. they're just a bit too supernatural for my tastes.

They're not supernatural, though, like everything else in Mortasheen they're biological creations with biological powers. They basically "hack" minds, like a lot of other monsters do.
