Carp Cakes is, without a doubt, the supreme supreme fear danger.
Just look at that face.
It is the face of a criminal mastermind.

Also the idea of a massive doom castle being owned by a blob named Carp Cakes makes me giggle. But it's mostly because of the mastermind face thing yep.

It always amazes me what people are able to get out of such a simple game like Super Mario World. I love the new enemy designs, and I love how everything's name is reminiscent of that strange time when video game names either didn't have to make sense or the very serious mythological references were terribly translated and we didn't care. I can see Clam Thing having some intense internet fan base in an alternate dimension that makes a retranslation romhack to restore Carp Cakes to Cu Chulainn.
