I can slightly sympathize with Dodo's thoughts on the weird plane people as a cool sort of idea and not as a fetish.
I'd like it more if they were space ships.

What exactly is the purpose of anthropomorphizing airplanes? What do they do with their weird plane-person existences? Do they just fly around and do plane things? Do they do people things?
I do not understand this fetish at all...
