I ain't paying someone a few hundred bucks to put their finger up my ass. As a matter of fact, they're gonna have to pay - and I ain't cheap hussie at that! Actually, from an older fella to younger people: people stop maturing (psychologically) around 12 - it's no joke. That dickhead boss that pushes you around probably just had all of his Garbage Pail Kids stolen in '86 or got made fun of for wearing his WHAM shirt in the wrong crowd. Keep that in mind when he's chewing you out for something stupid. I can remember when 'old people' seemed to know it all - fact is, most people don't know a goddamned thing - and age doesn't equal wisdom. I like this joint. |

Really? I thought WHAM was the universal expression of the collective unconsciousness of humanity... but I've been known to be wrong. I was a 'metalhead' kid, back in the day. I loved being accused of being a 'satan-worshipper' for listening to Def Leppard and Quiet Riot when I was 11. I guess I should have been like everyone else and listened to New Kids on the Block, etc. Of course, Madonna was still hot back in them days... Old? There is no 'old' - only bored... |

I can remember when MTV was new, didn't have commercials, and actually played music. The first video I ever saw was that Golden Earring Song, "When the bullet hits the bone" (or whatever, I just got off of work and I lose 4-5 I.Q. points afterwards each morning...)
The first video game I ever played was Space Invaders, on my Atari, when I was 8. Atari gave me PTSD. I had Frogger on Colecovision (which rocked) but my favorite was Xaxxon (sp?) - It's been about 26-27 years since I've played that. |
