Never any love for extreme dinosaurs... but speaking of cartoon superteams, one of my favorites as a kid was Mummies Alive.

I once read an Extreme Dinosaurs/Inuyasha fanfic, it was the best of things.

PHUN PHAKT: In The Heap's first appearance in Air Fighters Comics issue 3, published 1942, he lumbered out of his swampy home, saw a terrified nazi soldier, and immediately fell in love. While this was played mostly for laughs, this makes The Heap quite possibly the first openly gay comic book hero.

I remember being annoyed as a kid that they were supposed to be giant insects, and somehow other characters immediately recognized them as such. "WOW GIANT BUGS!"...what? How? This was before they even got the two more insect-like characters added (the green guy and the dark blue in the right background) -------------------- The reviews are IN!

Goddamn, That show made me so terrified of my closet and the clothing therein! My mom ended up using it as incentive for me to do my own damn laundry.
Now that I think about it, my mom used alot of my monster-based paranoias to get me to clean and whatnot. What the fuck, mom? |
