Oozing Larva Group: Members Posts: 2 Member No.: 684 Joined: 27-July 12	Huh. I played EVO a while back, but was rather disappointed by it, mainly because of the level grinding and barebones plot. (Also the railroading. Screw mammals, I wanna be a bird! Let me keep evolving!) Weird to know that its predecessor was this awesome. Why did they make such a poor port to the SNES? Anyway, I was wondering...would it be possible to remake this game in something like Game Maker/RPG Maker? It doesn't seem terribly complex -- probably the most complex thing is the evolution gimmick. If it were possible for the graphics to be extracted from the game file, I think it could be a real possibility. I know that similar projects have been done before.

(Though I suppose there could still the problem of accessibility -- I imagine it would be easier to download an RPG Maker executable than emulate an ancient Japanese computer. I could be wrong, though.)
