You can play as a human,but expect everyone wanting to use you as a test subject.

I don't know about playing as the wreathe. It would be an interesting perspective but considering that most of the rules seem to be built around mad-sciencing up a team of wacky monsters (not really the wreathe's style) there is no telling if it'll be any fun.

But remember; even if the rules don't support what you want, there's nothing stopping you from changing them.

Well, might as well start asking relatively rational questions:
How can someone make a Phasmoria (the special devil-bird), is it a random occurence or can you actually work on it?
Also, can the sloth be considered the ultimate tank, since it might be too lazy too bleed?
And, for lore purposes, any idea what would happen if anyone mixed human and joker dna?

Most monsters already contain some human DNA, that's why so many of them have human anatomical features.

A more human hybrid though would just be a really ugly human that would suck as a minion if it even lives at all.
