It seems to me like a fairly archaic (13th century?) example of Crimean gothic, at least so I figure from the slavic/germanic vocabulary mix.

Now I'm almost certain that:
ŋ/Ŋ is the digraph for 'ng', ß is a long s ('ss'), and þ/Þ is the 'th' digraph.

Admittedly the source text is quite obscure; I had an Old High German linguist look at it and he could only identify reliably a small quantity of it.

But it's a lot more than this, and I think the source is very meaningful towards the study of Crimean gothic if I can reliably pinpoint it. The language is almost completely unsourced. The forgotten tome, of which this is but a fragment, could go a long way towards furthering our knowledge.

If only glagolitic was easier to understand xD

Welp, if nobody can figure it out for $15 here I'll take it to an enthusiasts' forum and up the price. Maybe they'd do it for free, after all it's an important piece of linguistics
