Invader Swim Group: Elder Things Posts: 6,523 Member No.: 91 Joined: 30-June 09	I think that would have been cool and would have carried the feeling of inescapable doom and crushing sacrifice quite nicely all the way to the bitter end. And it would have been better than story time with Badly-Acted-Grandpa and Worse-Acted-Child.

Yeah, the controls aren't perfect, but it didn't take long for me to adjust. After completing the story, I feel comfortable in saying that Kid Icarus: Uprising is my favorite video game to date. They just did everything so well! Of course, it's no surprise, considering Nintendo and Sakurai's usual track record.

So far the playable cast is made up of Kratos, Fat Princess, Sly Cooper, Parappa the Rapper, Radec, and Sweet Tooth. Stages will not represent just one franchise, but instead mash two together, with Hades being invaded by Patapon, a Ratchet & Clank stage featuring the Hydra, and a LittleBigPlanet stage featuring trivia from the Buzz! trivia host. Points are earned by defeating opponents with super attacks, which require you to build up your meter by using more standard attacks, which is really the only worrying aspect for me at this moment. Anyone else have any thoughts? --------------------

I'm completely disappointed that it's only happening now. I hope it has Rayman...

And JL, they've confirmed that third-party characters aren't out of the question, plus they've mentioned that they'll be looking at every IP since the PS1, which is already kinda evident with Parappa showing up. --------------------
