I have herd about this film years ago from a friend. I never seen it until when I found it online. The plot goes man make rice doll it eats all and grows uncontrolled. The film is infamous as a piece of propaganda and when watch I could see why. It is an okay kaiju film, I have seen better. The main reason to watch this film is the controversy surrounding it's making. Winch involved a horrible kidnapping, I think.

It's actually a remake. In the original version, which is now widely believed to be lost, the titular creature was far less reptilian in appearance and called Bulgasari.

thank you for that xolta, I really enjoyed it. Good movie. I like how the monster looked kinda like a cross between a minotaur and Godzilla

The host is a cool kaiju film. Thew plot is about a little girl and her brother try to escape from a pollution crated monster. I can't wait for its squeal.

I finally saw Monster X Strikes Back, The sequel to x form outer space a fun kaiju film.
I just got the dvd the other day and its more of a comedy then serious kaiju film. Over all it is a a fun kaiju movie and most of the humor is silly political humor.
