J.J. Abrams might be directing the new star wars movie. So I got a feeling that all the force powers will be based off lens flair.

I heard a rumor that Harrison Ford will be reprising his role as Han Solo, probably for a cameo. I just hope the new films won't be an adaptation of any of the bad post original trilogy books because the timeline after ROTJ basically repeats the same story as the 6 films over and over again.

It's basically been confirmed that they're throwing out the Expanded Universe and making their own things.

That doesn't matter to me as much (if a Star Wars book/game/non-movie product is good, I don't care if it's "canon" or not), but obviously some people are up in arms.

I'm mildly disappointed that we'll probably never see a movie adaptation of the Yuuzhan Vong War, though.
