I love how this comic seems to capture the very nature of the invertibrate. Fancy clothing, elegant names, and semi-human mannerisms give them a sence of the familiarly alien that seems to come part and parcel with any in-depth examination of insects or arachnids. The charachters are charming, but at the same time, still disturbing in their appearances or behaviors. |

This comic is amazing. I think that there should be a continuing story though, maybe something with Scapegrace and the monoliths. |

That is adorable! I may have to start calling them that. |

| QUOTE (Murdercide626 @ May 25 2011, 11:50 AM) | I myself grew up in a house teaming with cellar spiders (as I prefer to call them these days, to avoid confusion). In fact, ever since I got over my fear of arachnids (and most arthropods) ten or so years ago, I have welcomed the familiar presence of those little spiders with such long, elegant limbs.
I'm even comfortable with letting them crawl over me. |
Good for you! I'm hoping to get over my irrational fear. And on the subject of names, we tend to just call 'em Whispies. |

I feel like it would be better as an ongoing story rather than disjointed little stories. But then again, I find it kind of too artsy for me. I mean, if you're putting that much effort into the art, why are the stories so confusing and kind of lame?
