I even wrote descriptions for most of them.

-monsters:
Blessed Gecko - a glowing sapient reptile in white robes. Sends telepathic messages to surrounding sapients, which comprise mostly of do not kill, hurt, destroy, or bring harm to your fellows or the world around you.
--Half Spore Choker - a still living fungal corpse who's entire body has been twisted into the niches of strangling and choking prey. Incorperates dead tissue into it's mass to keep itself alive. Always goes after the friends and family of the host first.
Returning Vivisector - a deformed and sickly creature, which hobbles about with a briefcase constantly, and saying "it's good to be home..." as it works at it's griseley habbits.
Sorcerous Gorilla - a spell slinging ape. Fucking-A
--Cheeta Mantis - agile chimera of insectile and mammalian traits
Primal Glass Creeper - primordial life form that stalks prey through mirrored surfaces
Vine Lizard - a massive reptilian humanoid infected with a parasitic/symbiotic plant that replaces it's host's limbs with long ropey vines used to strangle and crush foes. the lizard can controll the vines, though the vines may turn on the semi-inteligent monster if they find it's reason to endanger the plants survival.
Wasteland Searcher - spidery creature wearing a gas mask. Just scuttles about it's dessert habbitat. Shown to be sapient, or to memorize words like a parrot.
Vision Crayfish - clenches onto the eyes of another animal and feeds off the occular tissue; becomes a new pair of eyes for the host. Eyes allow for much more advanced vision, though side effects of an unpleasent spiritual nature occur
Forestmuck Ripper - small, stumpy, and thorny swamp spirit that tears and rips at all in it's path
Holy Fungus - A colony of mushrooms that dwell in a cave and are tended to by benine cultists
Leafleech Tick - flat camoflauged parasite
Puking Lizard - large unpleasent toad like reptile that expells mildly acidic foul smeling vomit at aggressors. creature tastes fantastic basted in it's own throwup
Squid Warrior - a sentient squid that wanders the waters near docks and fisheries, out of sight untill someone says something negative about cephalopods. Bad things insue
Pink Iron Zombie - a sapient severed skull placed in a set of pink tinted spiked armor. Proves neigh impossible to kill with normal weapons.
Emeraldleech - a soul sucking stone imitating fungus that grows in patches in certain caves. Likes to grow in old crates and chests, as it's spores flourish in rotting wood
Bearded Thought - a powerful wizard who's brain got sick of his shit and ripped it's way from his skull. Steals the wizards beard and hat, and sometimes carries the cloak with it as it floats across the world, seeking knowledge and disproving religion.
Astral Dart Toad - amphibians that dwell in a parralel dimension. They spend their lives whizzing through the air and spearing each other on their snouts (which consiquently secrete a DEADLY poison). Rifts open periodically on our world from which they escape.
Murkweb - a deep sea dwelling crab with cephalopoiding and arachnid traits.
Sludge Otter - not related to otters at all. Ugly little monsters that live in muck and prey on bums unfortunate to slip into their homes in drunken stupors
Bee Fox - hive minded insectile vulpines
Mound Worm - a large sessile albino annelid which sends out telepathic signals to attract weak minded prey. Likes to live in burrial mounds and such
Troglodyte Minotaur - hulking primitive creature that slaughters prey with it's large horns
Assasin Sucker - a lamprey like creature addept at assasinations. Does what it loves and loves what it does.
Dreaming Slug - a sessile mollusk that alters it's environment to match it's unearthly and beautiful dreams. If eaten, the consumer will gain it's powers for the rest of it's life, which will be about five hours or so depending on species.
Rockfrill - stoney skinned reptile that hides amongst rocks and soaks up heat. It's frill is a threat display. If the display is ignored, it will jump at the head of an aggressor, killing it. Young are reffered to as pebblefrills
Russet Mirror Hound - a ghostly corpse hound that haunts any poor soul that gazes into it's cursed mirror untill their dieing day. Appears in any mirror that the victim looks into.
-------------Marathon Pudding - a ball of slime with multiple leg like pseudopods which reaches high speeds as it bolts across the night litted dessert of it's home in an isolated valley.
Strangle Unicorn - STRANGLE UNICORN FUCK YEAH
Gelatinuous Stinger - a flying globular mollusk. IIn the course of evolution it's radulla has formed to it's stomach, the spiked surface forming into hundreds of 'stings' that inject a painful neurotoxin into it's prey
Dwarf Newt - A dwarven newt man
Gut Enchanter - an intestinal tract which ripped from it's necromancer host and uses it's stollen powers to cause other guts to rip from fellow humans - these servants of the original gain spell like abilities. Over time the entrance of the digestive tract grows sharp cruel black teeth
--Banemuck Reptile - aconstantly decomposing hunchbacked lizard man, which must consume living flesh via osmosis to retain it's shape and life
Worm Crane - nematode with long flimsy legs and great slime covered wings which are used to smother prey

Gonna get on this next.

Broken Chopper-grasper - A creature formed by a collective mass of kitchen appliances, typically crappy products advertised on TV.

Consumer-seeker - A hollow floating orb with a weak black hole within itself, specifically designed by an alien race to keep human populations in check. After turning on their creators, the few remaining consumer-seekers went rogue and learned how to breed, somehow.

Crystalstorm Masher - Massive, insectoid beasts whose exoskeleton is made of a translucent mineral. They are born inside of beautiful, multicolored crystals inside of volcano-like geysers, once mature, they are launched out into space.

Fearroot - A parasitic organism that sprouts from an eye-like egg, extending black, root-like tendrils to grow over any plant, building or animal in their path. An entire forest is reported to have been overtaken by fearroot.

Goretooth - A vaguely wolf-shaped mound of loose flesh, covered in sharp teeth. It can roll into a ball, protecting its completely bare underbelly from predators.

Gorilla Knight - Self-explanatory.

Noxious Creamator - A humanoid creature whose charred, emaciated body is shrouded in a searing-hot gas. The smoggy covering incinerates any organic material that it touches.

Primordial Corpse-keeper - An oversized single-celled organism with an entire human body floating inside, which allows it to utilize the human's abilities, like taste. Eventually, the body decomposes and the corpse-keeper replaces it with another from its stash, full of people that it kidnaps and provides hospitality for.

Cleaver-Emperor is all kinds of amazing. I really love all the weird abstract ghoulies you can make from the names this thing gives out!

Also, Combatdeath Eagle could only be more amazing if it had a scythe. To represent the "death" part better.

A secret government genetics program was aiming to create the new generation of secret agent. By combining the intellect, adaptability, and powers of the cephalopod with the long life span, speech capabilities and terrestrial mobility of a human, the ultimate agent would be formed. Smart, tricky, and a powerful combatant, the secret squid would have been the perfect creation.

Too perfect.

Fearing an eventual squid revolution, the government shut the program down, and ordered all the secret squid killed. Hundred upon hundreds of the squid-men were killed. All of them perished....except one.

With stealth, trickery, and expert marksmanship, one managed to evade the squad of marauding soldiers. The deaths of his comrades only fueled his fervent desire to live. Reaching the central controls, he destroyed the facility, taking the soldiers with it.

Now roaming the world, he seeks reprieve from the endless hunt of the government, and to discover his purpose in life. He is the only one of his kind. He is....the FINAL SECRET SQUID.

The sad thing is, this story already exists, deep in the bowels of the InterNet.
Except instead of something cool like cephalopods, the super soldier constantly on the run from the Guv'ment and bedding human women is a fox.
