Some dream of the rock&roll lifestyle.
THESE KIDS LIVE IT.
The 2008 Kiss My Sass Tour has gone down in history as one of the most successful of its kind. The winning band of the contest that took on the form of a concert won a contract with the famous Abelove record label, known for their fresh style and record-hitting recording artists. Now Abellove is back, and looking for fresh new talent to bring new flair to the charts. The question is, do these bands have what it takes?

{{Point of reference. This entire topic is between the very beginning of the KMS Tour and the beggining of the BD Tour}}
He smiled, leading her into the restaurant, amiling softly. He nodded to the host when he asked if it was a table for two. "Yep. Corner table if you don't mind," he said, and then glanced around. The main area was sparsely peopled, with only a few tables taken.
Once they were seated, he looked at the waiter. "Could we have a few minutes? It's gonna take me a while to figure out what I want. First time here, at least at this one." The waiter smiled, nodding as he took both drink orders, and then walked away to fill them.
Eric opened the menu, glancing over it. He eyed it for a moment, and then jumped. "Sonofa... Thought I turned the thing off," he said, pulling his phone from his pocket. He glanced at the screen, and then shook his head. "Just a second. I have to take this," he said, and answered it.
"Yeah. Yeah, I'm at NYPD. Yeah, no, I'd rather NOT have company. Yeah, I know we were supposed to practice tonight. I'll be there, quit worrying. Yes, I'm with a girl. No, we haven't, and we're not going to right now. Dude, quit worrying, okay? Hang loose, alright bro? Later."
He sighed, turning the phone off and tucking it back into his pocket. "Honestly. They're as bad as my parents."

Sarabi followed him inside, still ecstatic from the Harley ride over. That had been her first time with such an experience, and as such she was naturally excited about it. Sarabi was relatively silent as they walked in, though the corners of her lips were slightly raised in a small smile. She proceeded with him back to one of the tables once the host seated them, sliding to one side while he took the other. Sarabi idly wondered whether this could be considered a "date", if one: she had only met the guy; and two: he didn't technically know who the heck she was. She decided not to really worry about it. If he found out, he found out. If it turned out to be a date.. hey, it was a date!
Sarabi ordered herself a lemonade, fancying that over a soda at that point in time. She opened her mouth to say something to Eric, but was instantly interrupted by his cell phone. "Nice, Robbi," she thought to herself, blowing some stray hair from her face. She smiled sweetly as he took it, deciding to take a look at the menu.
Sarabi looked up every so often as he was on the phone, finding his conversation very similar to some she had had with her girls.. They were constantly asking if she lost her v-card yet! The nerve of them sometimes.. When he commented on whomever on the phone -- his bandmates, she was sure -- being like his parents, she scoffed. "I can imagine."
Sarabi gave the menu a quick looksie, deciding to set it down. She crossed her arms over the table and gave him a small smile, tilting her head slightly. "What do you suggest, Mr. Eric? Considering you seem to know this place so well, and considering how I've never really been."

He nodded, and then glanced back at the menu, lips pursed thoughtfully for a moment. This was one of the looks that sent most of the women and teen girls wild on the tour, but he didn't know why. He shook his head, and snapped the menu closed. "They have the whole create-your-own calzone deal, so I'm probably going to get my four meat three cheese calzone. It usually turns out well, since it's basically a calzone with the works," he said, nodding softly.
"Ham, sausage, bacon, pepperoni for the meats. Parmesan, pepperjack, and provolone for the cheeses. Then black olives, crushed red peppers, light jalapenos..." He shrugged. "Don't know if that's what you want, we can get their supreme pizza to split if you want," he said, nodding as the waiter came back with their drinks.
"Hey, Robbi? You were going to say something when I answered the phone. What was it?" he said, tilting his head slightly.

Sarabi's jaw dropped mentally. She could eat like a horse, but wow! That was a ton of things in one thing! She could do without.. everything but the meat and cheese, herself. That's how she normally had her pizzas whenever they were ordered, and how she made them on the occasions that she did. But she did take into consideration that he was of the male gender, for one, and he looked like he could gain a few pounds either way.. Not that Sarabi was putting him down for his weight. Oh no. He was absolutely fine the way he was! She was not complaining in the least bit..
Sarabi looked down to the menu for a moment. "I think," she said finally, tapping the tip of her index finger to her lips. "I'm going to get a calzone.. with just cheese. And ham.." She smiled and nodded, removing her eyes from the menu and letting them fall back on him. She nodded again, tucking some loose hair that had fallen from her recently pulled-back ponytail behind her ears. Ohh, the messy look looked fab on her.
"I was..? Oh. I was. Nothing important.. At least, for me to remember." Sarabi contemplated, though, how he'd be finding out about her. Oh there were a number of ways he could.. She could tell him now. But where's the fun in that?! She'd prolong his knowing just a bit longer..

He laughed. "You got it!" He rattled off both orders to the waiter, ordering some pepperoni rolls to start with. He smiled, and laughed. "Yeah, I know what you mean. I get thoughts like that sometimes." He leaned back in his chair, the two front legs lifting slightly off the ground.
His hands drummed lightly against the table top, a beat that anyone that had listened in on Sex at a Glance's practice sessions would recognize. It was actually the song they planned on opening their segment of this show with, and the one they were going to practice that night.
He stopped for a moment, his brow furrowed thoughtfully. "You know, I still think you sound like Glitter's lead singer. I really do. But then you know who I am, and yet you're still hanging out with me. This is like... a once in a lifetime opportunity. You wouldn't do that. I don't think anyone is really crazy enough outside of myself to do that sort of thing, and risk giving away secrets," he said. He smirked, "Particularly for stop five. I've got some GOOD pranks up my sleeve."

Sarabi was amused by the boy's mannerisms. He was always in drummer mode, it seemed.. Always full of energy, always doing something, never sitting still. There wasn't anything particularly wrong with that or anything.. Sarabi had those moments, herself. But he was always like that...
"I do? Well, I should probably come to one of these shows you guys are putting on.. If, of course, they aren't sold out. Which I'm sure they are." She sipped at the lemonade the waiter had brought her, twirling the ice about with her fork. "Plus, I don't know when it is exactly I'm leaving. Sometime soon, I'm sure." She had to keep her cover. It was absolutely important. She couldn't blow it already!
Prank wars! He mentioned them! Sarabi sprouted devil horns at that moment. He didn't know who she was, but she definitely knew who he was.. and may even be able to find out what he has planned! "Prank wars? That sounds interesting." Sarabi tried to sound interested, but still played it safe. She had to be clueless. "So what do you do? Go around pranking the other bands or something? I don't know what I'd do in that kind of situation.."

He laughed. "Well, I can see what I can do. I might be able to get you ticket if you want one," he said, nodding slightly. His hands had gone back to drumming, this time to a tune that wasn't done by his group. It was to Nightwish's Planet Hell, and he was hitting every beat flawlessly.
He shrugged. "Basically. What we're planning on doing is I'm the planner. Each of us will be assigned one of the competition, and we have to pull off the prank. I'm the oldest, so I get the only band left unchosen. Only three left are The Finish, Bleeding Glitter, and No Fly Zone." He shrugged. "Once all of us have picked a band, I put together a prank that fits the band," he said, smiling with a laugh.
He looked up as the pepperoni rolls were brought out, rubbing his hands together. "Ah. These are really good," he said. "Pepperoni, fontina cheese, and a little bit of green onion," he said, picking one up and popping it into his mouth, his eyes closing as he savored the taste.

Sarabi paused for a moment, hiding her pause by sipping at her lemonade again. I don't exactly need a ticket, silly, she thought to herself, mentally giggling. After a long swig of lemonade she set down the glass to reply. "I don't know. It'd be nice, but like I said. I don't know how long I'll be here. I'll call you though. How's that?" That way, she thought. I hide who I am, while also not completely turning down his offer..
"Well you said Bleeding Glitter seems like some big competition, right? What would you have planned for them?" She set her elbow on the table, letting her chin rest atop her palm. She wanted to seem genuinely interested, because in all actuality, she was. It was her own band, after all. If she could milk some information out of him so she could know what to look for, she'd be quite the happy camper. "I heard they're all girls -- is that right?"
Sarabi's eyes wandered to the pepperoni rolls, the smell wafting up directly to her nose. She patted her stomach, already feeling drawn to them. "Mm, heart attacks in roll form. My favorite!" She grabbed one as well, taking a bite out of it first to make sure she liked it. It was obvious she did when she smile, sending the rest into her mouth. "So good!"

He nodded, laughing quietly. He reached into his jacket pocket and pulled out a pen and a slip of paper. "Good thing I keep this handy, eh?" he said, and ripped off a piece of the paper. He scribbled down a number, and then slid the paper across the table. "If you decide you want tickets after all, just let me know, alright?" he said, and then leaned back again.
He nodded. "Yeah, they're all girls. I'm planning on suggesting SOMETHING gross. Don't know what yet, though," he said, and then laughed. "But you can bet it's gonna be GOOD," he said, nodding.
He laughed. "Don't let my mother hear you say that. She's a health nut, and she'd snatch those away as you tried to eat them," he said, snagging another one. "But of course, they're my favorite too." He smiled, and shook his head. "Though they go way too fast around me."

Sarabi watched as he wrote down his number, smiling softly to herself as he was looking away. She wouldn't ever need tickets.. She was part of the tour herself! Gosh, this boy didn't know what he had coming to him. She'd hold off as long as she could, she reminded herself and she took the slip of paper from him. She looked it over quickly, seeming interested -- not that she wasn't interested in having his number or anything. But she wouldn't be needing it for tickets, that was sure..
Something gross? The girls would not enjoy that, she was sure of it! She wasn't particularly easily grossed out, growing up around boys the majority of her life. But she'd keep a watch.. "Gross? Oh, that should be pretty good then. I wish you luck with all that." She smiled and chomped down on more of her pizza bite, cleaning her fingers via a napkin. "Anything you're particularly worried about?" Hey, it wouldn't hurt to gain a little extra knowledge, would it? "Like.. any prized possessions you'd worry about getting trashed, or some.. weird.. weakness another one of the guys have? Just wondering, of course."
She laughed when he mentioned his mother, and she nodded, thinking about her own. Because eating healthy was the new big trend, she had taken to that.. She needed to be as young as possible with her age, after all. "My mom's into the whole health thing, too. But then again, she's into anything I'm into usually. Mid-life crisis, y'know?" She chuckled. Her mother was definitely something else.. "These probably wouldn't last long with just me, either. Us coupled together probably isn't helping."

He laughed. "No, not really. Not weaknesses, anyway. We all pretty much took care of that when we found out there'd be a prank wars stop. Prank each other every time we turn around. But as for possessions. The only thing I have that I'm really worried about is my bike, and anyone that trashes THAT will have one HELL of a lawsuit coming their way, I don't care WHO they are." He shook his head. "I spent WAY too much money on getting that thing built the way I wanted it. And I have receipts and everything."
He grinned. “But yeah. There’s not really a whole lot we can do about the fact that the two of us are--” He stopped, staring slightly at the potential significance of what she had said. “Are you saying what I think you’re saying? And if you’re not, I apologize for assuming. I just thought that you meant something important by the comment about us being coupled.” He waved the waitress over. “Yes, could I get another double order of these?” he said, gesturing at the pizza rolls. “I don’t think the single is going to hold us,” he said.
The waitress laughed, nodding as she walked away. He turned, looking back at Sarabi. He shook his head, sighing as he looked away for a moment. Steeling himself, he looked right back at her. “Sarabi, I get the feeling that I’m going to get smacked or yelled at for this, but would you consider going on another date with me? I mean, well, if you consider this a date.” He flushed slightly, shaking his head. “Ah, forget it. You probably don’t want to have to deal with the whole thing of dating a famous guy.”
