I Hate "Curse" as Well It is Also One of The Only "Puppet Master" Movies I Can Not Stand Watching. I Hate How "Full Moon" Has This Need to Always Have a Cliffhanger on Most of Their Movies When They are No Longer Able to Make Sequals to Their Big Franchises in as High in Quantity, or as Quickly as They Used to.

I 100% agree man. i fucking HATE that. yes he says it's their way of seeing of the 1st filmi works. but in all serious when you are watching a film that was made say 20 years ago & there's NO chance of doing another one.

it just plain pisses me off. one thing i'm curious about to be honest is "The Dead Hate The Living" that's one i actually like. many do HATE the film here. but i like it. when i watched it i really didn't take it serious. that BIG MOFO who was in that terrible film at least i thought it was terrible

"House of 1,000 Corpes" was in that one. his last film i believe before he died. though i do LOVE the sequel to that though. anyways, the way that ended was on of course a cliff-hanger. & i think "Sean' here & other guys here as well said that flopped when it came out. cause like i said NOT many people liked it. so the way that ended i'm curious to see how

it'd be continued to be honest. & "Puppet Master 2" would be interesting to see as well. though that did leave you on a cliff-hanger it wasn't as serious as some of the other films like Part 3 for example. Thankfully "Trancers" pretty much end for good after part 5.

i enjoy all of those flms, regardless if the last 2 weren't as good as the previous ones. the thing that really makes me pissed off is when you get a shitty movie of his, & it's give you a great cliff-hanger! you

don't really give a shit about the characters, but you want to know what happens next! "Bleed" is a bit like that. though that's another one i thought was terrible!

"Subspecies" at least felt finished at the end of part 4. at least to me.
even if that film is a piece of shit. he he. that's the only ones i can think of at the moment, you have any ones that REALLY pissed you off?

weather the film was a good or a bad one.

The Possibal "Hideous", Head of The Family", & "Blood Dolls" Franchise is The Line of Movies with Possible Sequals is The One That Angers Me The Most Because it Had The Most Potential, and it Sounded Like "Charlie" Had Some Cool Ideas with The Characters (Like Having "Phil Fondacaro", & The CHicks in The Cage in That Spin-Off "Bitchmaster" He talked About in The "Blood Dools" Commentary).

Another Two That Come to Mind is "Doll Graveyard", and "Arcade" Because Those Endings Really Gave Those Movies a Need for a Sequal to Finish Those Stories.

Never heard of BITCHMASTER.

Don't really care if sequels to any of those never happen, honestly.

though i haven't seen "Arcade" yet. i'm sure having one more film with better FX wouldn't hurt it either. in fact it may improve it. though i haven't seen the NEW Evil Eye film yet. it actually looks like it's going to be a fun watch. at least by the trailer i saw of it awhile back.

i never heard of "Bitchmaster" either. maybe that was one of the 3 billion other projects that he says he'll do either to his fans or to himself. & never does get around to it. that honestly sounds like an unproduced film.

so it kinda IS surprising that Sean hasn't heard of it. i don't happen to have "Blood Dolls" so ya got me man. oddly when i borrowed the dvd from a friends a few years ago. i was able to make a copy of the 2nd side with the trailers yet the film i was unable to. you would think that they would have both sides either let you copy both sides or neither side. weird eh?

one thing i gotta say for "Evil Bong" at least the 1st one cause that's the only one iv'e seen so far. at least THAT film has an ending where you of course go what the fuck? but it also doesn't leave you with a cliff-hanger either. yes it does say it'll return in part 2. but that's in letters.

we also got that at the end of pretty much all of the early "Kevin Smith" films as well. & only one of them was never made. actually i think he stopped putting the names up after he stopped doing the "Jay & Silent Bob" characters. i don't think all of his films have that anymore.

Another female puppet. Finally. smile.gif

Been waiting for Bombshell for years. And she looks like she could be the warden of a Nazi death camp. Anyone a fan of Nazisploitation?

That's pretty cool! Bombshell could be the Illsa of puppets!

Speaking of Nazisploitation, I need to find some more of those like Love Camp 7 and Night Porter.

For $500, $1,000 in giftcard money is nice, but how about anyone who pays $500 gets an on-screen death by a puppet of their choice? That would be cool.

Not too shabby of a puppet. I think you're right Sean. That seems to be his exact purpose. Any prediction on the next puppet? Will it be a Hitler puppet? I noticed how this is supposed to be dealing with World War 2 and the Axis powers, but I've noticed no Fascists yet haha.

So apparently Charles Band is directing. No one else available or maybe it saves money I don't know.

Proof-reading is difficult sometimes. Especially if you're the one proof-reading your own work. I've seen typos and whatnot on Full Moon stuff before. Unfortunately it happens.

Bomb: A one trick puppet. You blow up one time right?

Those new puppets look great. Every time you see that they are making a sequel, you immediately start feeling nostalgic again as you yearn for the "good old days" of yesteryear. However, one has to remember that it's not the 90s anymore. laugh.gif

I have just finished viewing the first three Puppet Master films and will try to watch the rest of 'em again with an open mind, but I remember one or two of them were very poor, especially the one with the Demonic Toys. I hate how they put the original Jack Attack on the front of the (UK) cover, but in the film it's the new, totally unscary version. The original Jack was menacing and the bear was too. After being missing from the second film (vs. Dollman) you'd think the teddy bear would be a welcome return. Even Pedobear is scarier than that bear was!

This is of course just another example of when a company loses money and starts producing slop. But I still reckon it was a bit more enjoyable than Demonic Toys 2 (which I saw pirated before I got the DVD). sad.gif

Just bought my weekend pass for Comikaze, so I will check the screening of this movie out. Wonder how Comikaze will compare to Comic Con haha.

Also, I noticed that the convention center in LA is by Pico Blvd. Reminds me of Terminator: "I'm at this place on Pico Blvd. called Tech Noir" laugh.gif
