Original story. Directed by Band. Picked it up at the 2009 FM Road Show; Houston. Story centers around the "Arkoff" family. Anyone know if this is a tribute of sorts to Sameul Z. Arkoff? Mostly know for his job as a producer of Hollywood films. Had his name on some good ones. And some not so good. Passed away in 2001. http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0035098/Also, read on IMDB this short review. Credit has been given to a "reviewer in France." Goes like this; "Instead of watching this try blowing yourself." Funny, but the comment don't reflect my opinion of the film; I liked it. GB

Funny......

To answer your question Magicballs, Yes. Besides those 2, I didnt like the movie. I felt they should of let the Skull Heads kill the 2 robbers........not the brother and sister in the Arkoff family.....it just seems out of place. The ending was stupid, the guy clearly escaped and practically let Robin Sydney grab him...........there is no common sense in that.

I can see where your re-imagining of the story, makes sense. The Skull Heads are there to protect the castle / The Arkoffs. So yes, it would have been along the storyline if the Skull Heads did the actual killing, instead of the now raised from the dead couple.
Story was good in regards to Robins character. Nice to see her change as the movie progresses. The ending surprised me. Like the majority of the FM films, I don't really question to much what appears on the screen. It is, what it is. I see your point. Good comment / reply, and now understand your past posts (it sucked) a little better. Your problem is more with the story. Understood.

This one could have been so good. The Skull Heads themselves are awesome but they are barely in it and there are no likable characters. I think this one has the same problem a lot of the newer ones have - they don't know wether they want to play it serious or be silly so it becomes an odd mixture of both. A bit bigger budget and a rewrite and this could have been a good franchise.
