Full Moon Features is proud to announce the title of our next release: Killjoy Goes To Hell!

If the name Killjoy sounds familiar, it’s only because it happens to be the name of the most demented and demonic evil clown to ever grace a DVD player.  Killjoy Goes To Hell will be the fourth movie in the long running Killjoy franchise, following up the critically acclaimed cult hit Killjoy 3.

Even better, the team that brought you Killjoy 3 has reunited once again to unleash more clownish hell on the world! Writer and director John Lechago is once again taking the reigns with an even more twisted vision than last time.

Killjoy 3 director John Lechago being terrorized by Killjoy himself, Trent Haaga

Trent Haaga returns to don the clown makeup as Killjoy, making this his third straight Killjoy movie as the terrifying title character.

Killjoy 3 Director John Lechago and Al "Punchy" Burke holding a photo of Freakshow, Batty Boop, and Punchy

Killjoy’s evil clown posse will be back in action, as well, with Al Burke, Tai Chan Ngo, and Victoria De Mare all reprising their roles as Punchy, Freakshow, and Batty Boop, respectively.

Victoria De Mare returns as Batty Boop

Killjoy Goes To Hell promises to be the most insane Killjoy movie of all time, so start dusting off those clown shoes now.  If you’ve never seen Killjoy 3, or the two other Killjoy movies that came before it, now’s the perfect time to dive in!  Pick up the three disc Killjoy Box Set right now and get in on the madness!

Meh. Hope Charlie uses all this money to bring a decent budget back to the PUPPET MASTER films.

Yeah, me too. To me this is good news. I really enjoyed Killjoy 3. Am thinking since this new one would be done by pretty much the same folks that did 3, that this should be a good thing. Hope so anyway. In time...we'll see.

Since it will be set in Hell, I hope the demonic toys and Sutekh appear.

i still have yet to get around to watching the 3rd film. he he. but if it's done by the same people & people are saying the 3rd one is the best one.

than it's a smart move i guess. cause part 2 sucked ass. & i have yet to see the 1st one. but the 3rd one to be honest looks pretty good to me. the trailer for the 1st one looks like a shitty film though laugh.gif

Wow did my Full Moon package get here fast or what?

This movie was great!! It had the continuity going from the start and we had all of our major characters. I loved the character development of Killjoy and the concept in this movie was a good one. I loved how things picked up nicely from Killjoy 3 and the parallel storylines were really cool. The story builds and then the shit hits the fan for a nice climax! The story left us with a little cliffhanger for Killjoy 5 (which better happen!). I can't wait to see where things go from here and with a potential title like Killjoy's Psycho Circus, how can you go wrong?

Batty Boop and Freakshow get their chance to show off what they can do in this film. I liked that we got to see what they were all about even more so in this film. Punchy was awesome as always. He gets his chance to shine as well. I also dug the new characters as they stood out and added to the story nicely. Best quote in the entire movie happens towards the end. I won't say who it was or what was said because it has to be heard. I laughed my ass off at it. Hell (ah shit you knew that pun would happen), this whole movie was funny!

The film had the good look to it like part 3. It was interesting seeing the depiction of the hellish prison that Killjoy was in for sure.

Great movie and this series just continues to rule! I want a Killjoy shirt now!!

P.S.-Speaking of continuity, I think in all 4 Killjoy films we have at least 1 character in each of them that says something to the degree of "I'm not clowning around." I always like neat little bits of continuity like that haha.

Thanks!

Forgot to mention the extras on dvd. Just trailers for recent Full Moon movies from this past year (and some from previous years), and there is a brief behind the scenes look at the movie. No real Videozone for this film. Guess Puppet Master X will have it?
