Read on Sean's website that Dave DeCoteau was actually set to direct this. It also looks like Brian Helgeland (L.A. Confidential) was set to write it as well.

Never saw FINAL STAB, and have no intention too. Dave told me it was bootlegged as "Scream 4" in some parts.
