Anyone here expierenced this? Last night i must've gotten up in my sleeps and walked down to my car and got my CD case out of my car. When i got up it was on the table. i left it in my car last night because I couldn't carry it up because I had to much sh** in my hands.

Kind of scary. I've read a few articles and it really doesnt make me any less uneasy.

I experienced something similar when I'd had little to no sleep on a trip. When I did finally get to my hostel, I walked out of the room without a key and couldn't get back in. Also, I had my cellphone in my pocket and seemingly entered the password in my sleep. Never happened again, though...I think that can happen if your sleep rhythm gets mixed up.

A friend of mine sleepwalked as a teenager, and we just put up obstacles so she would bump into something before she got very far...
I don't know if this is helpful, but it's all I've got :)
