In Jacksonville, Florida, some people say there are witches.

Weird things are happening in Jacksonville. People drowning with no water to drown in. Folks freezing to death in the summer heat. And some local religious nuts have gotten half the city all stirred up and ready to hunt down some witches.

But are they really witches? The police don't think so, for the most part. There are some locals in some pretty suspicious situations, though, and the police want to check it out. It'd be best to keep all the strange stuff quiet - it could cause mass hysteria, and besides, nobody wants to hurt the tourism.

Meanwhile, some local kids think it was a brilliant idea to break into that old military base with all the kids' stuff inside. And in storage they found shelves of old containers of this reddish-brown liquid. Looks like it's turned nasty over the years, but it can't hurt to check it out, right?
