If ever the world was going to end, it would probably feel like this. Children who disappeared years ago are suddenly turning up without having aged a day. Creatures that were thought to be only legend are running rampant, and people who were perfectly normal one day are turning into human nightmares the next.

In the Maluku islands, a group of scientists have uncovered a mysterious set of artifacts that are quickly being covered up by governments across the world. But can the ones who found it stay quiet about their revolutionary discovery?

Find out by joining Amor Fati. We are an X-Files/Fringe/Bones crossover set in the modern day. We also allow characters from other television shows as long as they fit our universe, and we have no application process for original characters. We're rated M, and we accept players of all skill levels!

Plot Information

All over the world, the laws of physics are being turned upside down. The cause is unknown - is it the approaching date of the alien invasion discovered by Fox Mulder? Holes between our world and an alternate one caused by Walter Bishop? Or maybe the unearthing of ancient and mysterious artifacts in the Maluku islands by Dr. Temperance Brennan?

> An explosion in a high school chemistry lab is leaving unreal repercussions for students and teachers affected by the blast. A town full of people are hearing voices - but where are they coming from? There are tales of witches in Jacksonville. But are they really what they seem?

Setting Information

Amor Fati is set in a world in which the universes of several different TV realities have been combined. Therefore, you will find throughout the board several familiar locations, all existing in the same reality.

Unlike most boards, we have forums for specific continents, and we also have boards for general indoor/outdoor locations. You may choose to post in either; the continent boards are there to roleplay all the things that the indoor boards do not provide.
