NOTE* Don't let the rules scare you off. Some/all of these rules are flexible! Though, I usually don't enforce rules. These are really here just for a reference so you can get a general idea of what not to do. I am a nice person, believe it or not, so don't be afraid to express your questions and concerns to me.

#0: READ the Guide to Getting Started! It is located under the 'Game Information' Forum.

#1: This is Deadra’s Role playing game and it is copyrighted to her, which means you cannot recreate it.

#1.5: ABSOLUTELY DO NOT EMAIL YOUR CHARACTER SHEETS TO DEADRA! POST THEM UP IN THE NEW CHARACTERS FORUM OR THEY WILL DELETED FROM HER EMAIL AND POSTS DELETED IF YOU HAVE POSTED WITHOUT PROFILE APPROVAL!

#3: Your characters can only be in one thread at one time. This means that "Bob" can't be in a thread in Qigeta and also in a thread in Namue! "Bob" can only be in ONE thread at any given moment. If you wish to be in more than one thread, you will have to create a different character for each thread you wish to join.

#2: Be respectful of others. Please do not have flame wars on the boards. That’s what IM’s or email is for. If you do have a problem, contact me. Harassment will result in a warning and eventual removal if it continues.

#4: There is no posting limit. However, please consider the other players when doing so. Not all of them can post constantly everyday, or sit there and read fifteen posts. This may prevent them from having the time to reply and not being able to participate at all. If it does become a problem, politely PM those you are posting with and discuss the situation with them.

#5: Please try and review your posts for grammar errors, spelling errors, etc, before posting them. I don’t expect everyone to be grammar freaks, however. But, if you are, the more power to you! Do NOT use chat speak when posting in character! Actually…I prefer it if you don’t use it at all.

#6: If you make up a species that Deadra has not made up, you must send in (through PM after filling out the species creation sheet) the ENTIRE background, powers, lineage, and all that what not to be approved and edited by Deadra (the admin/creator/all mighty awesome one) herself. Please use original species that YOU have created and not species that are off some anime or show. Please note that I am not aware of EVERYTHING, and could accidently approve something that is canon or fan based. If this is the case and I find out, everything will be DELETED. Your character, the species, everything. This character will be written out of the story as well.

#7: All characters must be ORIGINAL. This means I do NOT want canon or fan based characters. Again, I am not aware of everything, but if I find out everything will be deleted. This is an original RPG and I would like to keep it as original as possible!

#8: NO ONE LINERS! DAMN IT! Get of your lazy ass and use your brain and fingers and type something intelligent that is at least 2 or 3 paragraphs long (approx. 250+ words). Seriously. Other players work hard in posting something that is a nice, good length and you reply with a one liner? How are they supposed to respond to that? If you repeatedly post crap, you will receive a warning and eventual removal.

#9: NO realistic photo's or artwork to be posted for character pictures or anything else! Deadra is obsessed with cartoon and anime style art. If you are unsure if it follows the rules, please show it to Deadra somehow to find out. If your profile contains a realistic photograph, your character profile will not be approved. It is better to have no pictures at all then a realistic one.

#10: NO GOD MODING! Your character cannot be all powerful and god-like. This is eligible to receive a warning or automatic removal if it continues. (HOWEVER, the admin may occasionally have to play a super cool powerful bad-guy dude! YAY! Things can’t be THAT easy for the heroes….)

#11: Don’t kill other people’s characters without that player’s permission. (Deadra is exempt from this rule because she is the Almighty One. Well, almost…) Killing a character without permission is basically autoing, which is NOT allowed! Killing another's character without permission and/or autoing is eligible to receive a warning or removal.

#12: This rule is here just to make the rules list look longer; don’t pay any attention to it.

#13: POST REGULARLY! If you fail to do this, your character will be moved along, taken over by someone else, killed, or fade into obscurity never to have existed. Please tell me if you are taken a leave of absence so that we can work your character out of the story for the time being so it won’t interrupt game play.
• You will receive one warning for each inactive week you do not post (unless you contact me). If you receive a warning level of 100% due to inactivity, you will be removed from the group. However, removal is only carried out after repeated attempts to contact a member with no reply.
• It is up to my personal opinion if I decide to keep your character to put up in the adoptable character section after you are removed. I may choose to keep that character for various reasons, or completely erase your characters presence from existence. (The original creator of the character keeps all rights to that character. However, if you vanish without a trace and leave everything behind, we may have no choice but to auto your character, or have someone adopt your character.)
• Once you are removed due to inactivity, and your character is moved to the adoptable characters section another member is allowed to take over and edit your character in order to keep the story going.
• You will be sent an email each week explaining your inactivity and it will give you a chance to have a say on what happens to your characters if you wish to opt-out of the RPG. However, if I receive no response from you, then I will do as I please with your character.

#14: TOPIC SET UP! This is important to keep people on the same page as you and your characters. Please read this carefully:

- The "Topic Title" can be any thing you desire. It usually has something to do with the post.
- The "Topic Description" MUST contain the characters that are involved in that topic. After the characters are typed out and separated by commas, then you need to put a semi-colon followed by the location the topic takes place. After that, you may or may not wish to place "[Open Tag]" after another semi-colon. If you do not wish just anyone to reply to your topic, then do not put "[Open Tag]".

If your character moves to a different place, or thread, then please say so at the bottom of you post like so: "(Continued in: [Insert link to other topic here])" OR if it is just one character that leaves to move to another thread then use: "([Characters name here] has moved to: [Insert link to thread here])

Now, on the beginning of the first post since the character has moved or thread change, please place "(Continued from: [Insert link to thread here])" OR if your character has moved: "([Characters name here] moved from: [Insert link to thread here])"
