Well, we tried. Good effort everyone! It was fun while it lasted.

THE YEAR IS 1640
St. Kitts is an island not quite like any other - in fact, it isn‘t like any other at all. Oh, yes, the girls at the workhouse still gossip, the young men attempt to impress the eligible young women, and the mothers spend afternoons chasing their children down the streets, but something… something isn’t quite right about this place. Strange whispers fly behind closed curtains, ghosts are rumored to have taken up residence, pirates in disguise wander the streets, and even the governor himself has a terrible secret to hide. Secret wars and public battles scourge the island—between town and town, Lord and mistress, father and daughter, and friend and foe. Even those who appear innocent have their tribulations.

Here, you may choose your life. Will you, too, have something to hide? Will you dance with the upper class, fraternize with the middle class, or perhaps mull with the less fortunate? Or, will you be no class at all and join the ranks of pirates, outlaws, and gypsies—roaming the lands and seas without fear? Will you plot and plan with the Governor of Basseterre or will you pledge allegiance to Trinity? Perchance you will choose to live along the Old Road? The choice, friend, is yours to make. But be warned: here, nothing is truly what it seems.

In this world only one this is certain: appearances may be deceiving. The beggar man on the street corner is really a pirate, the couples by the bay have a terrible secret, and even the poor have something to conceal. Everyone has a secret, just as everyone has a past. Is everything really as peachy as it seems? Or is it all just Roses && Thorns?
