"Oh, man... Um... Ruro is very, very important to me. Both this life and the last, he's always been there for me, and I'm almost sure-positive that he would have been there in our first life as well. It's really weird to try to explain. As a person, he's exceptional. Someone who has devoted their whole life to the study and practice of helping others, not to mention his entire background and life story... He's an inspiration, really. To be so invested into your life, then to have everything you know change... I don't know if I could handle it, not like he does. I almost consider him a father-figure, in a way, because Hotaru did for a while after the whole Mistress 9/Pharaoh 90 ordeal, and even though my father is a great man, it doesn't really need to be said that Ruro is... ahem, freaking awesome. He is very much a brother to me, in mind and soul. I'm proud to have the relationship that we have, and I couldn't possibly be happier."

Ota's special, even beyond the whole Hotaru-and-Saturn reincarnate situation going on.
