WELCOME
TO THE WHITE REGIME
The year is 3573, and Crystal Tokyo is no more than a memory distorted by the all-knowing, subtly-operating White Regime. Life has gone on, and most planets are relatively prosperous. But the White Regime is spying on its people, stifling those who know too much, and doing whatever it takes to remain on top. Will the reawakened senshi be able to overcome unlikely odds, or is it just too late this time around?

Telordya City Centre Not unlike the Moon in its varied landscapes and climates, Earth has become the most sought after planet (excluding the New Moon) in the solar system. It is filled with dome-like homes, and due to the high amount of immigrants, is filled with the best of all the planets. The Eye in the Sky reports a near-zero crime rate, and The Feet Who March walk all the streets to maintain the peace. People here seem to live an easy existence in a sort of quasi-paradise, with a variety of jobs and housing available to people from all walks of life. Founded on Mercurian invention, modeled by Neptunian architects, and protected by the Jovian militia, there is absolutely no planet that has not dedicated some great part of itself to Earth. It is also well-known as the planet currently running the Martian Rehabilitation Project, and thus the only planet other than Mars where Martians can currently be found. The entire population is now concentrated within about fifty kilometers of what was once London, England. Telordya is now the major city of the planet, and there are plenty of suburbs - respectable and otherwise - concentrated around it.

North End Telordya The north end of Telordya gets a bit of a bad rap. That could be because it contains the veritable slum known as Treq. Thankfully, it's the smallest area of Telordya as well, meaning that any of the violent bits can easily be ignored. It's primarily a residential area, the lowest one on the totem pole, mind. The unfortunate part is how students seem to like to shack up in the flats provided here and there, and take plenty advantage of the few bars in the area that don't seem to be as careful with their clientele. The north end's only saving grace might be that it houses a wide district of offices dedicated to the arts. Music, fashion, and theatre thrive here, all given their appropriate areas that are seemingly untouched by everything else.

East Side Telordya Best known for its shopping and for being the most readily-available area of Telordya, it's also where most of the major transports channel to from other planets. The east side of Telordya, the bustling capital of Earth, is filled with little in the way of residential homes, but makes up for it in industry.

South End Telordya The south end of Telordya is, for lack of a better word, the hub. It doesn't differ much from the city's bustling centre in that it offers many marketplaces and tourist attractions. It is the oldest part of the city, leaving older sculptures from long-forgotten Neptunians erected here and there about the carefully-crafted buildings. It stands in time like some kind of paradox, the only area where one might not find perfect, dome-shaped homes. In fact, there are no homes to be found at all, here. But bars? Oh, there are bars.

West Side Telordya Further from the industry and job market that makes the rest of the city so popular, the west side of Telordya is renowned for being a popular student area. Though it boasts little in the way of bars, the vast majority of this part of the city is dedicated to the overwhelming campus of Earth's finest, and only, university. There are a few apartments here and there, with the west side bus routes the most carefully detailed due to the very nature of the area. It's the closest to the more residential sub-areas of Kejona and Pharaida, meaning students are closer still to home.

Kejona Kejona is unquestionably the wealthiest residential district on the planet. It boasts sprawling estates peppered with dome-like mansions. There are few apartment complexes, but those that do exist in Kejona are very high-end, and usually owned by wealthy business people who haven't the time or desire to maintain a home or hire a staff to do so. Earth is a very prosperous planet, but the people who live here make everyone else look like paupers. Ikanu Temple

Pharaida Pharaida may not be as grand as Kejona, but it definitely houses more people. Known as a more middle-of-the-road area, as far as socio-economic standing goes, Pharaida is a nice place to raise a family. There's a very family-oriented atmosphere throughout the neighborhood, and many good families aspire to live here.

Tlayne Park Its position beside the Sea of Werth has given Tlayne Park a wide expanse of fertile, green land. It is overgrown with trees and foliage, which only adds to its enormous beauty. It's peppered with benches and a few paved paths, but it's left mostly wild. It's one of the few untouched places left near Telordya.

The Outskirts of Telordya Once you leave the hustle and bustle of the city, and go for several miles, everything changes. The wide expanse of sky opens up overhead, and at night, the stars are not obscured by bright, city lights. The air is cleaner, more refreshing. Lush, green grass stretches on and on in the summer, only to replaced by nearly-untouched blankets of white in the winter. No wonder some people prefer to live in this remote place, as opposed to the always-moving, never-sleeping city.

The Sea of Werth Formerly the North Sea, the Sea of Werth has risen so high over the years that it now sits right on Telordya's border. When it rains particularly hard, as it's prone to doing at least once every two weeks in Telordya, the sea rises, and almost threatens the edge of the city. On most days, though, it's pretty harmless, and actually more of an asset than a burden. The sea provides a great deal of recreation for Terrestrials, who use it for boating, swimming, and even fishing. It's a great weekend spot for rest and relaxation.

The New Moon Built not unlike it was during times of old, the New Moon much resembles the Silver Milennium's former glory. The hard marble walkways, buildings, and statues only prove how much thought was put into making this the centre of the solar system's affairs. There are forests, seas, mountain ranges, meadows - virtually anything one's heart could desire. There is also no nighttime on the Moon, due to its position in regards to the sun. Lunarians have learnt to sleep through 'daylight' hours as a result, and do not fear the glaring white marble that makes up their entire existence. The economy on the moon is perfect, and with absolutely no crime, who wouldn't want passage? The only problem - unless you're extremely close to, or at the heart of the White Regime... you won't be getting in. The Grand Palace | The Great Valley

Mercury Mercury's hot climate forced its inhabitants to create vast cooling systems that you can see every fifty square kilometres (approximate). Their homes resemble cubes, taking up as little space as is needed, and offering the most required for hosting lifeforms. Mercury boasts a planet that is mostly dried-out rock, unglamourous and extremely boring to the passerby. They have only the amount of foliage required to support life as they produce oxygen. All plants on this planet are a dull brown, as though dead. In reality, the chlorophyll that makes plants on other planets so green simply isn't needed in any quantity on Mercury, as they are so close to the sun. Years of careful synthesizing and invention have made Mercury what it now is - a planet that can securely say it has the highest overall IQ, the safest environment (there is absolutely no crime on Mercury) and most stable economy as all people live the same and die the same, as researchers and inventors. The only thing Mercury seems to be lacking is, well... variation. Iverson's Laboratory

Venus Venus was established as the wealthiest planet in 3031, when Mercury was still struggling to invent The Wire. They make the finest silks and jewellery, and as a result, have become the merchant capital of the solar system. The rich get richer, and the streets are quite literally made of gold here. Tall buildings lace the sky, visible from the Earth at night. The Venusians pride themselves on their metals, however, and have taken to making all buildings from chrome and glittering silver steel. Venus' economy is unfortunately quite unbalanced. The tax rate is extremely high, and those who cannot afford upper-end homes simply cannot afford homes at all. The poverty rate is exceptional, and those who cannot make it as merchants sell themselves free of any penalty to the gluttonous merchants who stroll by. There are very few places in Venus that remain untouched by vast marketing ploys or city layouts, but there are a few, smaller countryside areas, which seem to resemble Earth's Jurassic Period in vegetation and purity. Mars Mars is quite possibly the saddest case in the solar system. The first planet outside of the Earth to be made habitable, it was a miserable failure. The White Regime gave up on trying to create any kind of civilization here. Instead, they sent those who believed in Crystal Tokyo and Neo-Queen Serenity after her fall (those known as 'terrorists' and 'rebels' to their peers) to live on the barren planet with the monsters they had been growing there. Mars, complete with a polar ice cap and the solar system's largest canyon, is primarly a desert wasteland. Depending on your location, it always seems to be too hot or too cold. The people here live in tent cities, which they move in order to avoid monster attacks. There is little vegetation due to an uncontrolled climate, and little water. The red planet is truly just a useless mound of red dust, rocky crags, and blood-strewn fields.

Jupiter The people of Jupiter have learnt to deal with the excessive storms that ravage the planet by building large, stone buildings. Their planet appears tropical otherwise, though there is at least one storm a day. The planet rarely sees the sun, covered instead by thick grey clouds. There's a tiny difference in lighting between day and night, and when the rain is really coming down hard, you can't honestly tell the difference. Most Jovians seem to be rather used to the harsh climate, and make the most of it. Due to mandatory military service for both genders on Jupiter, they use the less-than-ideal conditions as an excellent training environment. In the vast forests of their home planet, they're forced to sleep in the mud and rain until they just don't care anymore, before being sent home to an amazingly civilized world. Immersed in both war and politics across their luscious plains, forests, and across the great lava field known as the 'red spot' to those not from Jupiter itself, the people remain a constant source of strength. Saturn Saturn's rings prove to be somewhat of a mystery, though the inhabitants of the unusually dark planet never seem to mind. The planet itself has a fearsome reputation across the solar system as the leading... grain producer. It is well-known that the people of Saturn live beneath the surface, having created cave-like dwellings. Visitors to Saturn are not made to feel welcome, though the people never put up any fuss when people do come. There are no hotels or visitation services offered, and the people do little to go out of their way and speak to people from other planets. There's little to say about it - it is a prosperous land in spite of the fact that there is absolutely no light at any point in time (the scientists of Mercury are looking into both of these mysteries).

Uranus Uranus once had some kind of purpose, we're sure - but it has long since been forgotten by the people who live here. Their homes, located in the lush mountain area just under the gas cover their planet provides, are raised on firm stilts, up with the vast winds. The people here rarely build more homes, content to cram the absolute amount they can inside their above-ground dwellings. Beyond their rocky crags and mountain ranges, there are vast fields filled with absolutely nothing. No trees, no lakes. Nothing but grass for as far as the eye can see (or until the next mountain range). People here take life a lot less seriously, and dedicate any time they have (as well as any money) to athletics. They may not have the impressive army of Jupiter, but between their high-speed machinery, skill at wind-surfing, use of Oroko Birds, and general fitness, Uranians prove they are not someone to be trifled with. Perhaps this is why their unusually laid-back lifestyle has not been more widely disputed. Aikah Track

Neptune Neptune is riddled with intricate patterns seen from the sky by approaching visitors coming through the thick gas clouds. Said patterns, as one nears, are found to be created by strangely-shaped, but meticulously-placed buildings in which the people of this planet live and go about their business. The entire planet has dedicated itself to becoming a living work of art. They are known for their design, their innovation, their music... and the natural beauty of the planet. What parts have not been touched by human influence are riddled with fauna and flora alike. The cities seem to be built on silver and everything runs off of a clever (most likely Mercurian) waterworks design. There are no weapons on Neptune, and thus, no war. This, however, is just a happy side-effect. In order to keep their population from dying out completely, the planet had to outlaw any kind of fatal weapon. The entire planet is built on a rather lopsided economy. Everybody's rich... and bored. The Theater of Lae

Pluto Due to its incredible distance from the sun, there was initially some doubt as to whether or not the dwarf planet should even be considered for hosting life - amazingly, however, it seems to do just fine. Though the planet is incredibly cold, mostly snow and glaciers, the people have learnt to live in ice structures and use their frigid climate to their advantage. Their homes are made from the ice and snow they live in, as are the few, polished roads. They make the finest glassware and clocks in the solar system, but beyond that, are known only as the mysterious planet as far away from the New Moon as is possible. It is rumoured that the White Regime puts the most secret weaponry on Pluto, though nothing has ever been proven.
