When Terrence Heaven Kirkpatrick exited her family house located near the school, the sky itself matched Terry's eyes. Since her father did not tell her he'd moved to New York, Terry had to live in the dorm rooms at Cashmere Academy. Not that the dorm rooms at Cash weren't horrible, but she'd wish she'd be able to stay in an actual bed room. The room at her new home. Technically New York wasn't her new home. She'd lived there in her Sopohmore year. However, nothing at all can beat home sweet home. That home where you can run to and know the individuals living there loved you no matter what. That's their dad, Dimitri, and baby sister, Nadine. She adored them so much, no word can describe it.
Next to her stood her two year old sister, Nadine. She's the sweetest kid you'd ever meet! At least in her most honest opinion. Unlike the normal kids today, she is well- mannered, helpful, and not at all one of the spoiled brats. Their father spoiled his girls, but they appreciated it. Right now Dimitri is at his other job: Lawyer. Terry said she'll babysit her sister. She'd done all her homework and definitley anxious to have sister time. Terry, Nadine, and her father are very close. There's no word to describe this family. However, there are references to describe this family. Lorelai and Rory; Gilmore Girls. Cullen family; Twilight. And a whole lot more that she couldn't think of at the moment. But they were really close.
The all- most- seventeen- year- old wore a black lacy off- the- shoulder- top and dark washed blue jeans. She'd seen the top at Hot Topic and got it. It had taken a lot of money, but it's so worth it! The shirt chinched at the waist and she loved off the shoulder tops! Terry thought it look so chic! Usually if she saw something with lace, she buy it. The shirt itself wasn't itchy as it had a silk material underneath it. She'd brought along a small jacket incase it got cool. Which she hoped it didn't get cool. She hated keeping Nadine in the house! She's two years old for crying out loud and needed to get out!. Weather guy said it's suppose to get warm by late afternoon. Seventyfive degrees to be exact. Again that'll take all afternoon since it's Autumn.
Two year old Nadine Alexis Giovanni was thrilled to be outside. She'd attach herself to her sister's leg and pulled on her pant's leg. Nadine reached her arms reached up towards Terry.
"Give me piggyride." Sometimes nadine accidently forgot those special words.
"Please." The eldest daughter picked up her baby sister and grinned. Terry had Nadine on her shoulders. She is strong enough with all the cheerleading and exercise she did. Again, she wouldn't dare drop her sister. Terry loved her sister more than any thing in the world. The two then headed for the park. A fun filled day with her sister. A quality sister-sister day. Terry is very happy to get the day to only spend it with her sister. No interruptions etc. Just some good old quality time.
After about ten minutes-- between the crossing the roads and shifting through the people-- they'd arrive at the park. She'd reach up placing her hands under her sister's arms and set her down on the ground. Terry smiled.
"Whatcya wanna do first cupcake?" There were a zillion- and- one things to do at the park. There were swing sets, slides, a sandbox, obstacle course ( For older kids. Terry wouldn't
dare allow her sister to go on that!}, see- saws, and mokey bars.
"That!" Nadine said pointing to the sandbox. Nadine didn't need her okay to go on for the sandbox. That's when Terry's own blue hues saw a two or three year old maele trip Nadine into the sandbox. Sand went everywhere and she tensed hearing Nadine's cry.
Oh was that kid going to get it!
