nest headquarters is located in diego garcia, which is an island that technically belongs to britain, but is settled by u.s. military. nest headquarters have been moved to this remote spot, the building taking up almost the entire island and having enough room to house equipment, barracks, and room to house several autobots.

currently located on one of saturn's rings, the ship was once home to the fallen before he came to earth. there's also odd blue sacs that no one other than perhaps the decepticons know the purpose for - as they're the only ones who seem to know where the ship is located.
