Aura Academy is a private boarding school, located in Whiteface Mountain, New York. To the world, the school is a prestigious academy that chooses it's students by random choice, and not by status, wealth, or connections. In truth, though, Aura is home to hundreds of students who have magical abilities. From flying, to controlling fire, to creating illusions... You name it, you'll find it at Aura. But wait, Aura is not that different from any other regular high school. Besides from all the magic, Aura still has great diversity amongst its students. AKA, cliques.

THE GATEWAY.
Huge, half circle-like in shape, the gate towers above everything and is the welcoming point for all students and visitors. Made purely out of silver, the gate has two capitalized As, which are made entirely out of sapphires and other jewels and are placed in the exact middle.

THE LIBRARY.
A huge square-shaped room, the library houses thousands of books to every genre known to human kind. Each and every wall is covered with shelves and shelves full of books, giving exception to the one wall that gives clear view of Aura's gardens through two huge, shut windows. Throughout the library are small sections of tables where one may sit to read or study, and in the front of the library is the front desk, where one of the library assistants will attend to you.

THE GYMNASIUM.
The gymnasium is where the students who take basketball, dance/ballet, volleyball, gymnastics, and cheerleading practice and perform. Branched out into several big rooms for each activity, this place can fit thousands of people.

THE STAGE.
The stage is where the theatre club members, both stage crew and actors/actresses, meet and perform. Auditions for school plays and other activities that have something to do with the performing arts are held here.

Students of Aura are allowed one registered automated vehicle, and it is parked here in the parking garage. Many students choose to drive their car out to the town after class.

THE INDOOR POOL.
Located next to the gymnasium, the indoor pool is both a recreational location for the students at Aura Academy, but also serves as the competitive grounds for the swimming and diving team.

THE WATERFALL.
This is the headquarters for all of the abilities classes. The Waterfall IS a waterfall, and you need a password, which is specially issued to every student and teacher at AA, to enter. Inside, everything is powered magically, and the source of light are the lamps on the walls that hold balls of multi-colored light.

THE TUNNELS.
Many tunnels lead away from the waterfall, but from within it. These, like the rest of the waterfall, are lit by lamps on the walls with balls of multi-colored lights. The tunnels lead to the different ability classes.

THE PHYSICAL WING.
This is where all the students with physical powers go to practice. Not having one specific destination, this place is powered by magical technology that sends the student to practice in a fitting environment for his/her level. Inside that environment, battles will be held and students will be challenged.

THE MENTAL WING.
This is where all the students with mental powers go to practice. From afar, the place looks like an abandoned building on a blossoming flower field. However, the building is equipped with everything imaginable. The atmosphere is much like a school's - except that everything is powered by magic and the students don't actually sit the whole time.

THE POOL CENTER.
The pool center is just what it appears to be: three indoor pools with five water slides, two jacuzzis, three bars, and an artificial beach. The whole thing is sheltered by a great, glass roof, which makes the place seem as if it is outside because the sun shines through.

Up for some shopping? Not at all mini, this place houses over a hundred shops and a complex food court. The mall is operated by a variety of sponsored businesses that operate off the business that Aura Academy generates.

THE OASIS.
Including a pond, a park, and a gazebo, the Oasis is an opulent, lush area for relaxing. Over the winter, the pond freezes over, and the snow covers the earth. The Oasis serves as a natural retreat for many of the townspeople.

The sports bar is the one place in town that serves alcoholic drinks, and it is one of the more popular hangouts for the professors. They come in to root for the local teams while enjoying a drink. Though in the past, students have sneaked inside.

LA VIE EN ROSE.
La Vie en Rose is the name of an posh, five star French restaurant in the town. They have very high rates, and usually only the wealthiest of Aura Academy students treat themselves there. It does, however, make a superb romantic retreat.
