The heart of this small little town, this open space is usually where the people of Dawning gather whether it is for celebrations or town meetings. Usually a place to take a walk or get some fresh air, the town square is surrounded by a circle of local owned shops and restaurants.

Founded in 1826 by the eccentric Dr. Jacques Drakkar, this university is now one of the most prestigious colleges in North America. Notorious for its very exclusive accepting rate, those who are accepted into Drakkar should be counting their blessings. Small in size, Drakkar University makes up for it in its demanding academics and achievements.

The only school for the children of Dawning or better known as the reckless youth of Dawning, Les Ames Academy teaches kindergarten to twelfth grade.

Though small in size, Dawning is home to numerous locally owned restaurants and cafes for the hungry people of Dawning.

An outlet of shops both commercially owned and locally owned this is usually the social hub of the town often attracting the youth of Dawning as well as tourists.

What was once a make shifter proving ground in the past is now the town’s very own park decorated with benches, trees, and a wide open space for almost any type of recreation.

Founded in order to honor St. Remigius, this hospital holds the wounded and sick of Dawning. Outwardly appearing old and decrepit with gothic structure, inside St. Remigius hospital is one of the most advanced medical facilities in Canada.

The town’s foreboding graveyard, locals call it the city of the dead for what seems like the never ending land of tombstones. Decaying statues of angels decorate along the gates of the graveyard watching over the lost souls. Probably the only place in Dawning where shifters and mortals all lay peacefully.
