So hindsight...I probably should have put a section in for this on the profiles, but I didn't. And while these ARE canon characters, I figure its best to document anyhow. So go ahead and fill this out here:

And a quick explaination. The Sailor Identity is obvious, thats just your Sailor name. Fuku design, the same. Realm of Power is your attack influence. Like how Mars is fire, or Jupiter is lightning, etc.

And last but not least. Attacks. To begin with, each soldier should have one or two attacks. When a power-up occurs (later) in the storyline, they will receive a third. Obviously, this third (or second, if you've only given your character one attack previously) should be a bit more powerful than the last two, so keep that in mind.

Sailor Identity: Sailor Venus
Fuku Design: Orange fuku, back bow, heels. Navy blue front bow with Crescent Compact. Wink Waist Chain.
Realm of Power: Love & Beauty
Attacks:

Crescent Beam -- (Offense Attack) Venus touches the Crescent Compact on her bow, activating it. Then she raises a finger skyward, before bringing it down diagonal to the compact, shooting a beam of energy towards her enemy.

Love Me Chain -- (Offense Attack) Venus removes the wink chain from around her waist, pulls it tight over her head, and then whips it towards her enemy. The chain comes to life, extending and either wraps around the enemy to trap them, or destroys them, depending on what Venus wishes to do.

Love And Beauty Shock -- (Offense Attack.) (Power Up Attack.) Venus removes her Crescent Compact and holds it in her palm, activating it. She kisses the compact, and it begins to spark. Then she blows the sparks towards the enemy, lifts the compact, and shoots a beam from it through the sparks, causing them to explode upon contact.

Sailor Identity: Sailor Luna
Fuku Design: Yellow (fuku) with light purple trim, bows and boots.
Realm of Power: Moon/Light/Divinity
Attacks:

Lunar Moon Eclipse -- (Offensive Attack.) Luna touches a finger from each hand together to the moon on her tiara, then pulls them apart, each glowing with energy. Then she holds them out to her sides and shoots off two balls of energy. They circle towards the enemy, blasting them from both sides.

Divine Oracle -- (Offensive Attack.) (Power Up Attack.) coming soon.

Sailor Identity: Sailormoon
Fuku Design: Royal Blue skirt and collar, with white stripe, large red bow, elbow-length gloves with dark pink rings, and a rear bow that is also dark red. Boots are knee length, with a distinctive cut, with white piping and a moon symbol near the top. Hair ornaments include white pearl and feather barrettes and red and white barrettes for her odangos. The primary color in her form is dark pink, with secondary being blue.
Realm of Power: Light/Moon
Attacks:

Moon Tiara Action - Sailormoon removes the tiara from her head and tosses it around as though it were a discus. Turns the enemy into dust. (Offensive)

Moon Tiara Stardust - Sailormoon removes the tiara, tosses it like a discus and it has a curative/restorative effect (Restorative)

Moon Healing Escalation (Restorative Attack) (Power Up) - Sailormoon uses the moon stick to restore people from Youma attacks or those turned into youma.

Sailor Identity: Sailor Mars
Fuku Design: A basic white leotard, just like the other senshi. Her skirt is solid crimson and , of course, is pleated. Her collar matched her skirt, but is trimmed with two white stripes. Her bow is also a brilliant shade of purple, but has a crimson gem in the center. Her gloves are elbow-length, and are trimmed with crimson. Upon her head is a gold tiara with a crimson stone in the center. Raye also wears a red choker, with matching dangling crimson star earrings. On the back of her fuku is a, very prominent, matching red bow. Finally, her upon her feet sit a pair of crimson-colored, red pumps.
Realm of Power: Fire and war
Attacks:

Fire Soul - (Offensive) Raye releases a ball of fire from her fingertips, burning everything in her path/ It requires concentration and thought on Raye's part.
Akuryou Taisan - (Offensive) The only attack Raye can use untransformed, because of prior knowledge. Using one of her trusty Ofudu, Raye is able to purify and get rid of/banish all evil spirits. It's quite useful and powerful when used correctly.
Burning Mandala - (Power up attack.) Raye's upgraded attack, in which rings of flame are shot at her enemies. It's more powerful than Fire Soul, and can be used once she is more powerful
