Lunchtime, and Chauncey was weirded out by the
cafeteria food. He wasn't quite fond of it, so he walked to t
he McDonald's down the street. Of course, it wasn't that fa
r of a walk, so when he came back, it wasn't too far into lu
nch when he got back. Armed with a bag of yummy chicke
n nuggets, salty french fries and a cup of Sprite, he quickly
marched to the student lounge to eat there instead of in the
Cafeteria. When Cici sat down, he, with complete ease, dug
into his food. Eyes closed in pleasure with each bite, he cho
wed down quickly, sucking down his Sprite.

As he popped a fry into his mouth, he heard footsteps right
outside the door. Of course, he knew he shouldn't be eating
McDonald's, since it was bad for his diet that he was supp
osed to be going on for the fight next week in order to m
ake weight, so he felt guilty in the first place. When he hear
d the footsteps stop, he looked over to the door. 'I hope
whoever's out there doesn't know I'm supposed to be dietin
g,' he ridiculasly thought to himself as he chewed the fry
in his mouth, with another one in his hands. It wasn't often t
hat he got to eat like this, so he easily savored every bite.
When he heard the doorknob move, he froze.

The book he had in front of him automatically slammed shu
t as he stared at the door, watching it and popping french fr
ies in his mouth. "Hello," he
said to the person standing in the doorway. His country acce
nt rang through the empty room and he smiled.

Channler was indeed in need of a break. It was quite obvious she
pushed herself to hard. So after several minutes of trying to convince
herself she needed a break she finally knew that she really needed
one. Seriously she was talking to herself. She went back into her
dorm and got a book. She noticed she wasn't reading books that
she wanted to recently. Crouching down to get a book from her
bookshelf she saw on that caught her eyes Confessions of a
Shopaholic. It was only her all time favorite book in the universe
really. She had read it thousands of times and still she never got
tired of it. But really that's how you know if a book is good.

She soon decided to go to the student lounge. Seeing that it was
lunch time she expected everyone to be engorging themselves
with food. So she thought everything was quiet there. So when
she arrived she opened the door and stood there stunned it was
Chauncey.

"Hello,"

She was caught by surprise she really didn't expect him to talk to her
really. She tried opening her mouth but a shy giggle just come out
instead of words. Some of her friends had told her about him. They
said he was a heart breaker and a total flirt. You see she had always
sorta had a crush on him and her friends said that she was oblivious
to the truth about him. They said he was like a trap. Gets you with
his charming ways and adorable accent then just leaves on when
there's another victim. But still she was also charming and popular.
So it was really pretty obvious. You break my heart I'll break yours.

What was she doing she got her chance to talk to him and she was
thinking to herself. "Hi, I'm Channler Richardson," she said finally
managing to get a few words out.

Chauncey smiled lightly when he saw the blonde haired girl walk
into the room. He didn't know quite what to say, but when she giggled, he
nervously ran his hand through his hair. He wasn't sure exactly who she was,
or what she was doing in here except when she saw the book in her hand.
She decided she was gonna read in the lounge, like every other weird kid that liked
reading. Oh what the hell am I thinking? I've got a book sitting in front
of my face on the table. Chauncey tapped his foot a couple times, then decided to speak.

Chauncey wasn't exactly sure as to what to say, but she spoke first, so he
decided to go with flow of conversation. "Hi, I'm Channler Richardson," he
heard her say softly. Chauncey smiled wider and waved. "I'm
Chauncey," he replied back. He gestured to a chair next to him and
pushed it outwards with his foot. "Have a seat. I don't bite,"
he added. He grabbed another french fry and popped it in
his mouth, then grabbed another, offering it out to her. He wasn't sure whether
she would take it, but it was warm, and it was tempting. Or, at least, it was to him.

Chauncey looked the girl over once or twice and admired her figure. Cici knew
beauty like the back of his hand, and this was beauty all right. He wasn't exactly
sure what to do after that, except wait for her to move from the doorway and
make her move.

"I'm Chauncey," he replied back.
"Have a seat. I don't bite,"

Smiling slightly she moved towards him cautiously.
She had to admit she was a bit nervous, and she
really didn't want to be right there right now. She
knew that if she left it would seem very rude so
she sat down and stared at him. He was absolutely
flawless. "I can't just sit here he'll notice that
somethings wrong" she thought to herself.
After coming to a conclusion she that she should treat
him as if he were just a normal boy and it wasn't totally
obvious that she was crushing on him.

Her face became dark red after he offered her the fry.
She was quick to take it but she showed hesitation when
she began to eat it. Coming from a rich family she wasn't
a big fan of fast food. The taste was...different but she
couldn't say anything about it so she decided to talk.
"Chauncey that's an interesting name if you don't mind
me saying that. I must admit I think it's different but that's
what makes your name so well...wonderful if you don't
mind me using that word." She said beginning to sit slightly
back in her chair. She had began to fill a lot more comfortable
by the second. “Anyway I would expect everyone to be
eating in the cafeteria not the lounge,” she said looking a bit
more curious seeing that she was wondering why her was
at the only place she had wanted to be at the time.
