among them is Lord Voldemort.
and he's not happy.
in fact, he's quite powerful even here in this afterlife.
but he's not unmatched.
enter the New Order of the Phoenix, led by Albus Dumbledore and the Potters, and supported by many.
even the Muggles are becoming aware of some sort of turmoil.
Voldemort's death wasn't the end of the wars.
actually, it was just the beginning.
nobody is resting in peace.

this is a common method of communication between muggles. most wizards and witches are completely confused by cell phones, but they work just fine on the other side.

this is another popular method of communication between muggles on the other side. the only notable difference is that '.tos' replaces '.com' addresses, and '.ors' replaces '.org' addresses. try as you might, there is no way to communicate with the living via e-mail or IM.

the traditional method of communication between witches and wizards. owls are relatively inexpensive and rather reliable, and they, like most everything, work fabulously well on the other side. muggles most definitely do not use owls to communicate. some of them are even afraid of the birds, which may or may not be a coincidence.

this is the only method of communication that has even a slight success rate when trying to communicate between the other side and the living world. many inhabitants of the other side find it easy to manipulate electronic objects in the homes of their living relatives. this worked very well when morse code was popularized, but they're going to have to work harder now.
