1. Accepting The Terms Of Service & Use

This is an agreement between you and Xtreme Reviews. You agree that your usage of any Xtreme Reviews resources (Graphics etc) and/or services binds you to the terms set forth within this document and to any changes made to it after.

2. Modification Of These Terms

Xtreme Reviews reserves the right to modify any and all terms and conditions set within this document. Users are responsible for regularly checking this document, and by continued usage of any Xtreme Reviews services or products, signify acceptance and agreement to such changes. It is your responsibitlity to check them so don't winge that you didn't know about the changes.

3. Additional Terms

Xtreme Reviews contains additional terms (for example, forum rules and guidelines) that further dictate procedures. By accepting the terms and conditions stated within this document, you agree also to abide by rules and guidelines for conduct as stated elsewhere on Xtreme Reviews.

4. Content

All content posted on Xtreme Reviews including (but not limited to) Graphics are the sole property of the respective creator and the Xtreme Reviews. Redistribution of such items is strictly prohibited without expressed permission from the Xtreme Reviews Administrator or the content's creator.

4.1 Prohibited Content

You may not post, upload, link to, or e-mail any content that contains, promotes, instructs about, or provides prohibited content of the like listed below:

1. Content that infringes upon any rights [ex. MP3s and ROMs] (including, but not limited to, copyrights and trademarks)
2. Abusive, threatening, defamatory, racist, or obscene
3. Viruses or any other harmful computer software
4. False Information or libel
5. Spam, chain letters, or Pyramid schemes
6. Gambling or Illicit drugs
7. Terrorism
8. Hacking or cheating for internet/online games
9. Warez, Roms, CD-Keys, Cracks, Passwords, or Serial Numbers
10. Pornography, nudity, or sexual material of any kind
11. Excessive profanity
12. Invasive of privacy or impersonation of any person/entity
13. Hacking materials or information.


5. User Accounts

Each user is responsible for any and all activity performed on their account. The sharing of accounts is highly discouraged, and each user is advised to keep their account secure by following the advice stated within the InvisionFree Announcement here.

5.1. Username Changes

Users are permitted to request a username change here if in accordance with the following guidelines:

* You must have a 10% or less warn level.
* You must be a member for 3 months (per the join date in your profile)
* The New name must abide by our Terms Of Service.
* You must wait an additional 6 months before you can request another name change.


5.2. Multiple Accounts

The use of multiple accounts to bypass punishments such as, but not limited to, posting restrictions, suspension, or bans is strictly prohibited and in such cases Xtreme Reviews reserves the right to ban the new account(s) created. The use of multiple active accounts on Xtreme Reviews at any given time is prohibited, and will result in punishment upon discovery of such actions without good reason or notifying and having permission from an administrator beforehand.

6. Advertising

Advertising of any sort on Xtreme Reviews is limited to the Advertisments Directory area and your signature. Advertising found in any other areas of the board is permissable to be removed by the Xtreme Reviews Staff. In addition, the recruitment of staff, whether a link is provided or not, is not permitted in any area of the Ad vertising Directory and your signature. 7. Punishment

When in breach of any terms stated within this document, or elsewhere on the board, Xtreme Reviews reserves the right to deliver any of the following actions as listed below:

* Verbal Warning - No Action Taken
* Formal Warning - Warn Level Raised 10% (Per Warn)
* Mod Queue
* Suspension
* Ban

Listed in order of severity, with the final one being most severe.

8. General Notice

Please remember that we are not responsible for any messages posted. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy or completeness/usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message. The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of Xtreme Reviews. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately in a PM. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so within a reasonable time frame if we determine that removal is necessary. You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this board to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise in violation of any law. You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or by the board.
