The one and only requirement for being a Territory ruler is that you be an active poster, because that position is the center and often motivating force for the Territory. We understand that being active isn't always possible with real life so please make use of the Leave of Absence thread to let us know when you'll be away. Otherwise inactive rulers will find their Territories having a revolution and them being dethroned. So if you want to rule, please inform a staff member and which Territory you would like so that it can be reserved for you. And as for Province and District rulers, ask the RPer of a Territory ruler of a position you like since that is under their domain. These rulers are not held to the same requirement as Territory rulers by our staff, but should a Territory ruler like to replace you for lack of activity on your part, we likely won't deny them a reasonable request (particularly if they have asked you to post and you haven't. hint hint)
