Hi guys,
This morning I notice my wife 's Myvi bonnet has a paint peeled off due to chip stone . The area size is about 1 mm2. (ok lah call me crazy but the car is only 1 week old since we bought it  ) . Any advice? Cannot ignore la since I know its there..... -------------------- floats like a cadillac, sting like a beemer- Lightning McQueen

1mm ? when go service , get P2 touch it up. OEM paint is away better than respray. Simply coz of 1mm respray. how many time u going to repeat this wor...

i suggest u to ignore it... not to respray just for a tiny dot...

touch up should be no prob... but the price u pay is not worth it lo...

or else.. can do some touch up paint job at P2, then kasi detail kereta kao kao. then you will see the whole car as a beauty... it wun remind you of the small spec of paint chip.

if u really wanto care for it... why not sent ur carto auto detail it.. i mean pay RM350 up to 750 (a car care in sunway area)..

I forgot what it's called but there's a product in the market that you can ask to have installed that is a thin sheet of clear material that is usually installed in the front of your car that protects it from chips and all. Pretty hard stuff.

thats the 3M X-Peel or X-Pel.. something like that... only available for sport cars and contis... dun think myvi got... rm2xxx per car(front only)... i rather get a new custom paint job for the whole car...  -------------------- INSULFLEX : Heat/Sound Insulation Material for sale.
