A relatively quiet arrival(OPEN)

An average appearing man walked down the side walk. Of course it was Exodus using an illusion to appear normal. He wanted to scout out this city before he made his presence known. As he walked cars that were parked on the side of the street would occasionally slide out into the road. He did love causing mayhem and sometimes it was just too difficult to pass up.

"Hmm....now where would I find some mutants...."

He mumbled to himself, tapping his chin. Surely there had to be mutants around here somewhere. It was all a matter of finding them and persuading them to join him. It couldn't be that hard. Use the lure of money first and then the lure of power. Weak minds couldn't ever pass that up

Morning

Red King

Amidst all the hussle and bussle of the daily needs of bussiness, a mutant with powerful psishields entering his city almost went undetected. But it isn't the psyche thet the Red King detects, it's the biology. A quick comparison to Club files reveals the mutant to be Exodous.

Like-wise appearing as an average tourist, Flynn steps up behind the former crusader a firm ahnd on his shoulder.
"Mr. Paris. A minute of your time, if you please."

[Exodus]

He stopped as he felt a hand on his shoulder. The signature was unfamiliar to him but he could sense a good amount of power coming from him. It was only slightly psionic in nature, not enough for him to syphon. Although that didn't mean he wouldn't try. But right now he didn't sense a need to up his power so he'd let it slide. He turned around to face him.

"Who are you and what do you want?"

"The Red King of Vegas, Mr. Paris. And what I want is no troubble in my city. Come in, I'll buy you a drink and we can discuss it.." flynn offers stepping into teh Inferno heading for the closed Belles of Hell. It was still too early in the day for it to be open to the public.

[Exodus]

"Yeah, I don't drink. Dulls the senses and that's not something I can risk happening. And as for your city, well, only time will tell."

He said smirking a bit.

"You can call yourself whatever fancy name you want, doesn't mean I'll respect you or your authority."

"I understand you are a mutant supremmist, Mr. Paris. And while they are generealy more than the average human, there is such chaos to the whole phenominon. Such chaos is not the next step, Mr. Paris, mearly the foot in the air. Let nature take it's course. The classic humanity will fade, along with many mutant trates. A new mankind is just over the horizon, and it is my job to protect it. Make no mistake, the genepool DOES need a little chlorine here and there. But your methods are a battle axe where a scalple is needed."

"And people like you are too lax."

He said with a sinister smirk.

"The impure mutants must be removed so the true mutants can keep going and ensure the safety and purity of the mutant species. And if that means killing a few here and there then so be it. I have no problem killing. I, unlike you, am willing to take things to the next level. Cowardice and assuming things will work will not solve anything. It will only endanger mutants more and more as time goes on. Where as I am doing something about it."

"Mr. Paris, I am part of an order that was ancient when En Sabba Nur was young. A race if you will, that has seen the rise and fall of gods among mankind. Nature rose to meet needs. Then subsided again as the need passed. There are times nature needs a nudge. Such is the purpose of the elemental. Would you rule over a wold of ruins and rubble? Or are you willing to take-up once again the mantal of a knight to lead humanity to it's best potential by example?"

[Exodus]

"Humanity is over and done. Their time on the Earth is in its last few seconds. if you are as ancient as you claim then surely you yourself have figured that out by now. Consider me the flag bearer, a man aiding in ushering in the age of mutants. A transition is never peaceful and there is always going to be some damage. And if that means killing some ignorant humans or un-pure mutants, then so be it."

He said nodding his head and smirking a bit.

[FlynnRyan]

"What qualifies a 'pure' mutant in your book, Mr. Paris? In my studies and experiance, if it's any comfort to you, I suspect telapathy and telekenesis wil be trates of the new humanity when the time comes. These are talants that have popped-up time and again through the ages with such regularity they could almost qualify as base human talants. Though seldome did they manifest at contemporary mutant levels."

[Exodus]

"A pure mutant is someone who was born with their mutant abilities. For someone who embraces their mutantity. Not someone who hides away, pretending to be a weak human. Something you yourself is guilty of."

He said nodding his head.

"As for your own beliefs, that is your own opinion. Now if we're done here I have work to do."

He said before turning to walk away.

"Says the man casting a psychic illusion. And no, you are not excused. not yet. What do you truely want, Mr. Paris? to rule the world? Why then do you cause chaos rather than neatly enthraling those who rule the world's governments? Keep the humans fat, dumb and happy watching their American Idle, and you can have mutants in control with no opposition untill it's too late. work with me Paris. The offer is extended but once."

[Exodus]

"Oh no, I know your kind. You say work with me but you really want me to work for you. And I only take orders from one man."

He said nodding his head.

"And chaos is so much fun. More fun then pretending to be a good business owner or back alley agreements."

He said shaking his head.

"I prefer to conquer out of fear."

He said with a smirk.

"And now, I'm leaving."

He said turning and beginning to walk away.

"I'm mot saying chaos doesn't have it's place. Just keep your troubble making out of my city." Flynn states frmly. "And keep in touch. You may be useful from time to time."

[Exodus]

"And again I say, it's only your city for now. And as for keeping in touch, you'll know of my presence. Of that I assure you."

He said smirking before turning and walking away. He cast an illusion and blocked his very presence from sight, sound and even mind. This Flynn as he introduced himself would prove quite the possible thorn in his side. In the meantime he had work to do.

A telipathic display... or lack there-of broadcast all around. But the senses affected by the psychic plane wern't the only ones Flynn used to observe the world around him. Flynn was one with the primal forces of all animal life. The dimension known as the Red. From there, Exodous was as visable as anyone else. He couldn't hide. Not from the Red King.
One day, he may have to flay the madman alive. But for now, let him go. Keep an eye on him. He may proove useful.

The Red King finds a quiet spot to release the body. The bum passed out in the alyway whom the Red King had posessed and cleaned-up for the encounter with Exodous awakes in a nice silk shirt, leater jacket and pants, wool socks and leather boots. A wad of leathery bills in the pocket.
