Character Background: Hayate was born to the Uchiha clan. one of the noble founding clans of Konoha. as a child he was fairly tall and he has spikey raven black hair like most uchihas. Hayate was a very popular academy student and was adored by many of his peers. He was outspoken, a top student and his down-to-earth attitude is one of the reasons why everyone looked up to him. Hayate treated his fellow ninja members indiscriminately, regardless of their social standing and rank. His fair attitude was popular among both nobles and commoners in the village. He became a genin at the age of 13 like most ninja do. Luckily his teammates were people he had already known except for his jonin teacher. Hayate and his team performed over 100 D-Rank missions and a few C-Rank missions until finally participating in the Chunin exams.

Roleplay Example: Hayate and his team were bruised and scarred after a long and harrowing journey through the second stage of the Chunin selection exams. The forest of death and it's dangers were nothing they had ever experienced before. not in their worst nightmares, but somehow they had manged to collect both the heaven and earth scrolls and make it to the tower in the center of the forest that marks the exam's finish line. Inside the tower was a cryptic message left by the Hokage instructing them to open both scrolls at the same time. Hayate along with his teammate and childhood friend Kuro slowly opened the scroll unsure of what they would find inside.

As Hayate and Kuro fully uncovered their respective scrolls, they started to smoke! Ayane, the third member and Kunoichi of their 3-man cell immediately notced the scrolls were summonings and told her teammates to drop the scrolls as quickly as possible. They did so and wated for the smoke to clear. when it finally did, it was revealed to be their old Chunin teacher from their academy days, Hachiro Morimoto.

"I see you all survived." Hachiro spoke to his former students.

"Master Hachiro? What are you doing here?" Hayate asked. The other wondered why he was here as well.

"I'm here to tell you all that the challenge of seeing who survived these past few days was a part of the exam designed to test the applicants basic chunin abilities. You all passed with flying colors...

He continued...

...Chunin are the unit commander class responsible for leading their teams. They can only do so by a combination of intelligence and strength. I can't emphasize it enough. Learn it... live it. Belive it from the bottom of your heart! Keep the Chunin directive formost in your mind as you move on to the next exam..."

"Thats it. Thats the entire message!" Hachiro grinned. Hayate and the other also grinned, but their was no time for celebration. The third stage was about to begin...
