Many of us have been rping or making graphics for quite
sometime. We've seen trends come and go and artists advance
changing the way they make graphics and even roleplay.
Our mission at Vivid Illusions is simple. We appreciate you
and all you do. We appreciate ART. Not everyone likes Picasso,
not everyone enjoys the same music. We don't promote because
you are following trends...we promote on skill and improvement.
Here at Vivid Illusions we've kept the mentality like that, especially
when it comes to promotions or member spotlights.

Promotions will work out something like the following:

Every single gallery will be looked at by the ADMIN doing promotions for the month.If the admin feels that you do not deserve a promotion either because your art has not improved or they simply are not a fan of your gallery then that admin will put up a vote for your gallery and all staff will vote whether they think you should be promoted or not. If, in fact you aren't promoted to your liking you may PM the promoting admin after promotions are over and that admin will give you a brief critique on what all the admins think you need improvement on before you could be considered for a promotion in the future.

Please bear in mind that this is a VERY new site and therefore as time goes on, there will be some changes that you need to keep an eye out for...especially concerning promotions and how we decide to go forward. Thank you.
