Lusarah Lusarah is a small mountain city, nestled in a small bowl between two mountain peeks. The people here are hardy, and humans are few and far between. The population is around 325. Most of the people are very friendly, and will welcome strangers and guests into their homes freely. There are almost no shops here because everyone shares what they have in order to survive. The punishment for thievery here is severe, and there are no second chances. the offender, has their fingers 'removed' and is soaked in cold water, and thrown from the top of the church into the snow, where they quickly freeze to death. The strange thing about this town is their advances in technology, specifically against the elements. even when it is freezing cold, and pitch black outside, the inside of the buildings are pleasantly lit and warm. They also have clothing that is perfectly waterproof, and windproof, allowing them to survive in these frigid conditions. The town has no leader, instead it has an elected counsel of 10 men, that hold power for 3 months, before a new election is held. Food and water is scarce, being so isolated can cause people to go crazy, there are those who do not leave their houses, instead keeping themselves alive, and insane using terrible forms of dark magic and sacrifice. people are disappearing, and the snow is stained an odd coulour around some of these huts if viewed from the correct angel.	0	0	-- In: ---- By:
