Ramshier
The forest of Ramshier takes up a rather devent chunk of Midgard. It is usually well lit by the sunlight, but gets very dark and very cold at night. There are a few elven villages here, and a small pond, but for the most part it is a solid forest.

Near the center of this forest is an old castle, where some Dieties met to discuss matters at hand. It`s still standing, but they no longer use it, and it is open for anyone to enter.

Off to the west of the castle is an old playground. It`s a little rusty, and some of the plants have started to crawl it`s way ontop of the equipment. There is an old merry-go-round next to the tree in the center, no one is sure if it works anymore, and no one dares to try. The tree itself was something special though, it only bore leaves and bloomed once every six hundred or so years.

Not many can remember the last time it bloomed either.

Holowick
Holowick is a small village near the edge of Ramshier forest. It is a small tightly knit community predominantly human, that is weary of outsiders, but not completely unwelcoming. The people here are happy, an stick to their daily routine, or work, gossip, and worship at the church.

The buildings in this down are mostly made of wood, and are little more than huts. Few have roofs made of anything more than thatched straw, sticks, or leaves. There is a worn path through the middle of the town splitting it in two, there are no side roads here except for the paths leading to the homes on either side of the 'road'. There is a small stone well, with a wooden overhang, and a small bucket and rope. Being close to the forest, there is constantly wildlife in the village, and many trees that provide shade, and perches for the birds and those dexterous enough to climb them.

Aside from the houses there are only three buildings of notice; the blacksmith shop, where the unusually muscular blacksmith Mehile, who used to be a grand adventurer, makes his living. The church, which stands just over twenty feet high, and can hold roughly one hundred people, and doubles as the town hall. The priest here, has lost his faith, and is detached from the world and not overly helpful. when doing masses he is only going through the actions. The final building is the small market with unusually rare items. The small mysterious man who runs the shop seams to have everything one could ask for. If you know how to ask, and can pay the price. They also deal in information, and favors.

The town holds great mystery for those who know how to ask and where to look.
