I come back after being gone for so very long to see this place has died...

Why? Why I say!

I hope someone checks this site everyonce in a while for new posts. If not this topic will be in vain.

Why was I gone? Well its a very long story.

Sevral months ago I was in a car accident. I still don't know exactly what happened but somehow I was blinded. I thought I would never see again but after many months and 3 opperations my vision is almost 100% again.

Ofcourse my first thought was not to come back here but after things have settled down I'm back.

So if anyone reads this post reply. I want to resurect VV this has always been my favorite forum because of its regulars. I hope they can read this and come back.

So what do you say? Can we revive VV?

Anyway, I just decided to come back, after nearly forgetting about this place... I was quite disappointed to see it so empty as well.

Hope things turn around, but at this point, it doesn't seem likely.

Short story short , personal reasons is why I stopped coming here. It wasn't no here, btw. Just some stuff in my life, I will try to come here more, but it isn't a 100% chance that it will happen.

I went on a long vacation and kind of forgot about this place (though I knew it was basically dead.). I kind of found an... outside life. I dont really do forums much anymore. It's still cool to see everyone again.

Sweet at least there were a few replys.

I said I was going to try to make this place more active...then my computer died. Now im on my laptop which might be older then me. Well I still have the internet at least.

I hope you guys can become active again that would rock.

Well anywho im going to go advertise this place. See if I can get some new faces in here.

I usually hang out on one really busy board, two that are quiet and mine that isn't moving anywhere.

I was going to advertise VV on some of the other forums I used to go to but they all seem to be dead. Exalted Legion, Speak Your Mind, and Extreme Gaming just to name a few have either all died or relocated. I can't think of any place I can go to advertise.

Can try to advertise here, but you need to vote for it, to get on the first page. Not sure if it will help, but anything is better then nothing. Anything is worth a shot at least.

Well, I do check back every once in a while, but after my last few posts haven't gotten many replies I guess I thought you'd all pretty much left XD.

Yeah, I'd like to get it rolling a bit again. First I'm going to demote Acendo for using his admin privileges to advertise for other boards, though. :(

I'm glad to see your still around Cease I was just about to view VV as a lost cause because its owner wasn't even around to help reactivate it. But now your here so lets get to posting.

Unfortunately i am unable to post as often as I would like because my main computers hard drive is fried. Right now I'm posting from an old laptop with a 166mhz processor and only 48mb of ram. So its kind of hard to post when it takes 5 minutes for every page to load and 20 just to log on my computer.

Once i get my main up and running you can expect to see me around here a lot.

So for now I'll post as much as time allows.

i know how annoying that is. for 2 years, i had to use old, public computers half the time, cos mine was dead. once, i even had to wait 40 minutes to log on.

anyways, i'm sorry to hear abut the accident and i'm glad you've got your sight back.

my story was just that i started only going to 3 forums instead of 7 or 8 and that was it.

like i told reconsidering, i'll try to stay active this time, but i'm getting married on 30th march, having my reception on the 31st, and then going on my honeymoon for about a week, so i obviously won't be online during that period and there might be days leading up to the wedding that i won't be online either, cos i'll be taking care of stuff. when i come back from my honeymoon though, i'll be more active.

I finally got a good computer. Pentium 4 2.40 ghz processor so I can post a lot more.

So everyone come back and be active. W00T!
